I had some issues with a paper folder but WB made it right. our new FORMAX folder is everything we hoped for.

I haven't received my order yet but after placing it I was contacted immediately about my choice of shipping and was advised of a more economical way, which I agreed to and they gladly changed it on my approval. That's a nice start if you ask me.

Whitaker Bros. does have the best prices, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful at first. However, after they had our money things quickly went bad. We were initially told we'd have our machine in about a week, then once it was paid for they told us it is backordered. After it was supposed to have arrived we started trying to contact our sales rep to find out when we could expect it. Days went by with him telling us he'd call later that day and we never heard from him. When we finally contacted someone higher up in the company to try to get an answer, he did call us only to say I'll call you in the morning, which he didn't. Thats when the lies started, first he said it didn't come in when it was supposed to, then when pressed for a date he said he "pulled some stings" and we would have it in a week. A week later it still hasn't come. Back to not being able to get a response from our rep. We finally were able to get ahold of someone else within the company who has told us we won't have it for another week at least. Had they just been honest with us from the start we would have purchased a different machine. We are UNBELIEVABLY disappointed in their service and will NEVER do any business with them again. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else, the slightly higher price you will pay will be worth it in the end.

Was looking for a folding machine that was durable and because we are a not-for-profit, budget friendly. Whitaker Brothers had the best websites with regards to location different options, videos of how the machine worked, ratings, and exact pricing. No surprises whatsoever. Online chat for questions was fast too. Machine was shipped within a few days.

I placed an order with Whitaker Brothers for ink ribbons for a time-stamp machine. My order was received promptly, which is always a plus. Since I purchased the time-stamp machine from Whitaker, I've been ordering the same ribbons from Whitaker for about 3 years now, but the ribbons I received this time were not the same. They didn't fit into my machine. When I contacted the company, I was told that their "parts" department said the ribbons I received do indeed fit my machine. Well, I could assure you, the ribbons I received this time did NOT fit my machine. I was also told that I couldn't return the one that I opened because, well, it was opened. I'm not sure how else I would have known that the ribbon didn't fit if I didn't open it. Then I was told that if I wanted to return the ribbon that wasn't opened I could, but I would have to cover the cost of shipping it back to Whitaker. If I wanted a replacement ribbon, I would have to pay for that separately. Quite frankly, I've never worked with a vendor who (1) told me I was wrong and (2) wouldn't even work with me on processing a return or exchange. I wasn't looking for a free item, I was looking for one that worked. Now, I was basically left with not only the financial burden of returning one ribbon, but the responsibility of dealing with ribbon that was opened because Whitaker will be invoicing me for both ribbons even though I can't use either one of them. This, I was informed, is their policy. I wouldn't let one negative experience keep me from using a vendor again, but I have to say, this experience will make me cautious when ordering from them in the future. However, in this instance, I did go to another vendor to get the ribbons I needed. I used word for word the same order for this other vendor and they sent me ribbons that fit in my time-stamp machine. Go figure.

Re-order of shredder supplies -- product has always worked well for us (oil and bags). The shipping was amazingly fast - overnight for regular shipping not expedited

Bought a stand for a paper cutter from these guys thru Amazon. Though the Amazon website showed the stand as delivered, we never received it and I made the claim MUCH later than I should have (my bad). In spite of this, Whitaker Brothers sent me a replacement, little to no questions asked. Three days after having made the claim, the FedEx guy was delivering the replacement stand at our door. Will DEFINITELY buy from them again!!!
