Great. The delivery company were a nightmare but whittards worked with me and their customer service team were a massive help. looking forward to my goods arriving.

My order arrived very promptly but 1 item was missing, so i emailed customer services which Olivia from Customer services replied within the hour (late friday afternoon i must add) and resolved the missing item with a prompt reorder and dispatch. This is what I call 5* service to support a 5* product. Thank you Olivia for 5* service 😊

I was originally sent a completely wrong order. I spoke to Sophia and she was able to fix the issue by sending the missing items! She was extremely helpful!

I always buy hot chocolate from Whittard at Christmas. The special edition flavours are delicious. When I was ordering today I had problems using a promo code, but a quick message in the online chat and it was all resolved very easily by Sophie.

Had to contact Whittard customer service today about a small problem. So very impressed with the immediate response and how fast my problem was resolved. Will definitely buy from Whittard coffee company again.

My original delivery arrived very quickly but I unfortunately one of the packets was ripped open and had spilt onto everything in my order. Sent an e mail and Olivia had a replacement sent out to me within a week. Very happy in the end.

The teas and coffees that I buy from Whittard are well up on my list of favourite things and I always find that staff are genuinely enthusiastic about their products and really helpful. Recent experience with Sophie very positive.

I order often from Whittard online since my local shop closed. Recently one item in my ordered was slightly damaged with a dented tin which was a gift and the quick and friendly response was resolved very quickly and efficiently. Aside from this, their products are delicious, if they ever stop selling the spiced tea I don’t know what I would do! Love it.

The order was lost by delivery company. The customer service resolved it within a few hours from the enquiry and with great care. Olivia was super helpful and friendly

Unfortunately my delivery arrived today with 3 items missing, contact customer services via the on line chat and was assisted by Sophia who was great, missing items on their way to me! So not so great service with original order but customer service seems spot on. Thank you!

Edit: item is still not here 5 days later and no refund email been received. Item is still showing that it’s with Whittard even though I’ve been given a tracking number. Now had to open a PayPal case to get my money back as this will now not be here in time for 1st December Purchased a tea advent for next day delivery at Ā£32.95 (6.95 of that for delivery) The day of said delivery came and I heard nothing. Checked on order tracking and it was still showing as order confirmed and awaiting to be packaged. Contacted customer services to be told that I would get a refund for the delivery and my item would be sent that same day. So yes it was delayed but handled well by customer services. Now it’s 8.30pm on the said day of delivery and item being sent and it’s still showing as awaiting packaging. There was a reason I purchased this on next day delivery. It’s now Black Friday item has still not been sent which means it’s now caught up in god knows how many other orders. I understand things are sometimes delayed but I would rather be told it wouldn’t be shipped that told by two different advisors it would be.

One of the products we received today was damaged. Sophia from customer service was excellent. She promptly addressed the issue with a quick reply and immediately arranged for a replacement. We greatly appreciate her prompt response.
