Delivery company delivered my original order to the wrong address - Whittards Customer Service Team, in particular Monica, solved this swiftly, sending me a replacement package free of charge. Very happy with the service.
on line price differs from price in shop. and it took the shop assistant more than 5 minutes to type my email address despite spelling it out several times. raised the issues with customer services and i got a reply with a copy of an article regarding price increases! no apologies or explanation at all.

I look forward to my regular subscription order as no Whittard shops near me. This time Yodel failed to deliver. When I contacted Whittard they have immediately replaced my order and dispatched it with a different courier with no argument. Obviously the coffee is always good, Yodel not so good.
I always receive my order without any trouble but this is the first time a bag of coffee was missing. Went straight on to live chat and it was sorted straight away and the missing bag is being sent out.
I had a specific issue that appeared recently with one of my Whittard orders. Yesterday I got in touch with Whittard customer service team and unbelievably for me in a couple of hours the problem was solved. I am very thankful to Sarann, Customer Service Advisor. First time after multiple orders that I experienced a missing item. This was followed up, reordered by customer services, cancelled again, reordered by same customer services person and sent out with email contact to keep me updated. Thank you
I have never had a problem with any order from Whittard. However today, two packs of coffee were missing from my latest order. I sent a message to customer service and within 30 minutes had confirmation that the missing coffee would be with me by 5pm tomorrow. Thank you very much Sarann
Poor customer service. I bought a tea strainer from Whittards in Reading. It doesn't work, leaks tea leaves everywhere making the tea I bought undrinkable. I wanted to return it but as I live far away from any Whittards shop it would cost me a lot more in petrol and parking to get back to Reading than the item cost in the first place. I've been told there is no way they can receive it by post or refund me remotely. Why is it always perfectly possible to take payment remotely but refunds aren't possible? Not somewhere I'll be shopping again and this strainer is going in the bin.
