My parcel got delivered to the wrong address, I contacted Whittards by email which said they would contact me within 2 days. I got an email a few hours later saying they had dispatched another parcel and would be delivered by 5pm the next day. My husband in the meantime had walked around the streets and found our parcel. I contacted Whittards to send the new parcel back, they said not to bother and apologised for any inconvenience. Customer service like this is hard to find.
I was gifted a set of the double-walled Nova mugs and one of them started to let water into the double walls. I contacted the customer service and Sarann promptly arranged for the delivery of two replacement mugs, free of charge. I'm very happy with the resolution and the timescale (less than a week since raising the support ticket!)
An order arrived slightly damaged. Contacted customer services and a replacement was sent immediately! Fantastic service. Would definitely recommend!

Some items we ordered were delivered damaged. I got in contact with Whittard and within 10 minutes I had a reply from Sophie who kindly sorted a replacement and emailed me to apologise and confirm the new order details. She was incredibly helpful and kind. I am surprised at how quickly and efficiently she got back to me and sorted everything out. Incredibly happy with the service that was provided.
I contacted Whittards customer service regarding an order I had an issue with. Monica Harding not only dealt with the problem but took ownership of the issue. I then had direct contact whenever I needed it with a person I had gotten to know. She is very much down to earth, understanding, efficient and patient. She kept me in the loop during the whole process. Monica is a wonderful member of staff, a real credit to the company.
Received 2 of the nova double walled mugs as a Christmas gift, they have now both started leaking from the bottom exactly one week apart from each other. After reading reviews from others etc it turns out this is common with these mugs. Such a shame as they’re exactly what i wanted.
My matcha bowl arrived in 2 pieces and Sophie dealt with my problem very quickly and efficiently - thank you Sophie:-)
I purchased 2 Nova mugs earlier in April this year. Absolutely love these mugs. Sadly 1 of these mugs became faulty in that water seeped through inside the cavity. I emailed Whittard this morning, I got a prompt response from Sarann in their customer support team within a couple of hours who dealt with my query both efficiently and to my satisfaction. A new replacement mug is on its way as we speak. Really impressed with Whittard's customer service and love that my problem was resolved so quickly and so easily.
Item was delivered broken and return to sender. I emailed Sophie (Customer Advisor) who promptly emailed me by return & sent another item to me within an hour. Wish there were more companies & staff like this. Thank yo.
I had a problem with a teapot infuser .It was resolved within 2 hours by Customer Service Advisor Sarann . An amazing service.
I had bought some coffee for part of my dads birthday present. But when he opened the box, we discovered that the one of the bags had not been ground. it was just beans. So i emailed Whittards and got a standard email back saying they would be in touch within 2 days. A few hours later i had an email from Sophie apologising and saying that a new pouch of coffee had been dispatched and that we could just keep the original bag of beans as well. Couldnt have asked for anything more, excellent customer service Sophie.
I had a really quick and helpful response from Sophie in customer service today. She helped sort the issue I had with my package that had just arrived and made the whole situation less stressful for me.
My package arrived damaged with hot chocolate coming out of the box. Emailed Sophie who was fantastic and another box of hot chocolate is being sent out. I've ordered before and had a great service. Excellent service this time round.

I have used Whittard of Chelsea many times and always have had excellent service. I think how companies respond to small problems reflects their excellence, this company when I did have a small problem responded very quickly to resolve it and this more than anything gives me confidence that they strive to continually maintain their high standard.
