Ordered from here for first time recently . I live Belfast and was still here swiftly within couple of days. Couldn’t ge happier with that . I got Jamaican blue mountain , it’s maybe not for me , didn’t really like the flavour . Also got the Guatemalan elephant beans and wow , this is seriously nice coffee. Hard not to want to drink at night too! . All round thought was good, prompt service and great product.

All products are amazing here. Staff are always more than happy to help, customer service is second to none. White chocolate is my absolute favourite product from here, delicious. I love all the mugs etc they do too! Very cute. Thank you.

Ordered £36 worth of coffee with a 3 to 6 day delivery estimate. No coffee arrived, no contact made, no tracking number, no update on delivery date. I should have looked at the dreadful reviews here before ordering. You would think that in these lean times where businesses are struggling to survive that they would make an effort. Apparently not....

I have held this Company's Tea in high regard (for many years) with regards to its quality and flavour. However, the Tea I ordered for Christmas (received later than expected) was as dry and flavourless as tea bags at 4x the cost! Step up your game or go out of business!

I queried a discount that I thought I was due at the end of November with imogen, who I got through to via customer services. She explained that it wasn't valid at the time, but she would go through to their website services to see what she could do. I just forgot about it, as most companies don't carry through with these sort of concerns. To my amazement, I got an email today, from imogen, to say she could honour a discount for a future purchase, 6 weeks after my query!! What fantastic customer service is that!! It's so rare that I just had to post this review. Imogen deserves the highest accolade, just amazing service, she is what we need in customer services, all about the customer!! I will now use whittard in the future, knowing they have such fantastic staff like imogen, who put the customer first. Well done!!

Awful service. Can’t comment on the product as I haven’t even received it! Ordered just after Christmas and finally got an email around 3 weeks later saying it was on its way. However, every time I tracked my order the delivery company said they hadn’t even received it yet themselves. After giving it another week or so I used the online chat through Whittard’s for them to tell me my order was lost in transit. They asked me if I would like a refund or my order to be sent out again. After I replied I had to wait 15 mins for them to get back to me on whilst sitting on the online chat. Issue was resolved but a waste of time. Could had harvested the tea myself by the time I eventually get my order. Wouldn’t recommend ordering online. If you can I would go directly to the shop.

Had an email from Whittards advising that my parcel should be with me today, no delivery, no note left, no information on where the goods I paid for might be. Very disappointing.

Awful company and first and last time ordering !, placed an order online beginning of December for a tea Hamper (£35) for my Aunt who is 95 for her Christmas, payment taken and and order processed. Got various emails confirming order and delivery by the 22nd December, then on the 22nd December an email saying the order had been cancelled and I would be refunded, this in itself was bad enough as it left me no time to get her another present for Christmas, and due to the current situation I cant visit her. But then the refund appeared on my Credit Card for 1p !, yes a refund from Whittard of Chelsea £0.01, I have emailed them asking where the other £34.99 is, but as of yet I have not received a reply, I will leave it for a few weeks and then I will have to dispute it with my Credit Card company.

I am glad that on this occasion I did not read reviews!! It’s sad to see so many unhappy customers. This was my first time ordering from Whittard and my items were delivered within 48 hours and are absolutely lovely. For me it was a positive experience and I hope that they are able to provide a more consistent service to more customers in the future.

Very slow delivery and declined cashback through TopCashback. If you advertise an exclusive cashback rate through the site, then it is your duty to fulfil, otherwise it is false advertising. Poor, won't buy from again.

I made an order on December 5, expecting to receive it for Christmas, as advertised on the website. I received an email saying that I would receive it December 16 at latest. Funny enough, I did not get my order. Moreover, I did not receive any email about tracking. If I had not expliticely asked them by email, I wouldn't even know where my package is now. The only good thing is that they actually replied quite fast (strange, considering all the comments I read on their FB page and on this website) and I had to buy again other products in my local shop (not owned by them), where there was only a limited selection. All of this, on December 23, as they were Christmas gifts. As of December 29, I still do not have my package. I get it that they are really busy this year, but promises should not be made if they cannot be fulfilled. When they run a business that makes clients pay a "premium price" for their products, their key strategy should at least consider fidelization. If they cannot keep up with orders (since it appears it is not just me complaining about this), clients may prefer to know this in advance. If I had known, I would have not ordered, as I had to buy their products, again. What appalls me more is the fact that they did not inform me about this. No tracking, other than on their website (which just says "shipped"), nonsense emails (you should not say that the order will be delivered no late than December 16 if you decide to ship it on December 15). All of this is just a joke to me. In total, I spent 75€ by ordering and 51,60 CHF in the shop. If I had directly shopped, I would have at least saved money on delivery. I would never tell people not to buy from them because it is not the purpose of this review, which should be constructive. All I can say is that I am really disappointed and I will not buy anymore from their website until they change their approach.

Order was said to be shipped on December 3rd but never arrived. It was on international shipping so I expected it to arrive at least before Christmas. All I got from customer service was automated messages saying package will surely arrive before Christmas. Nope, it didn't. I checked shipping status and it was stuck somewhere I can't even recognize for weeks. Inquired again but all I got was another automated message saying they are on holiday. Hahaha... Ruined my 1st wedding anniversary and Christmas.

I can not fault Whittard. I had bought non-Christmas gifts, so wasn’t fussed about delivery, having read it would arrive in 10-14 days - especially at the moment. Instead, not even a full 48 hours after my order, my items are in my cupboard ready to use. Products were well packed and as expected (although would recommend advising that spare gauze for cafetière’s are placed on top to keep them flat whilst in transit - not an issue for me though as it’s a spare and have time to sort it out).

The products are good but very poor customer service - ordered a week ago and it hasn't even been sent. Was told it will take 10-14 days. I mean sorry but it's some black tea and basic hot chocolate, nothing custom or out of the ordinary. That's a joke

Avoid this company like the plague. I placed an order with them at the beginning of December having never used them before. Website and products looked good. The intention was for the 2 items purchased to be used for Christmas presents. We are now 2 days away from Christmas, and the business premises where the parcel is to be delivered closes today until January. I contacted customer services and told them this and they said the items would be delivered today, however Yodel haven't even collected the items as yet. This means now that the products will be held 'somewhere' until the middle of January. I will be cancelling the order and making a claim with my bank for none delivery of items. Appalling company and I will NEVER give them my money again. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - AVOID AVOID AVOID - terrible company.

Absolutely no customer service ever! Avoids simple questions and very poor service in regards of delivery. Cancel my order!

Absolutely terrible service, stay away! Unable to cancel an order placed only a few days ago and it has not even been dispatched! After being a loyal customer for years I will never return.
