Brilliant customer service: reflecting the quality of their products, I can't fault it from shop through to remote service, even years agree the original purchase. The lid of my tea pot was broken and has been replaced by Whittards efficiently and sensitively. I am an online buyer of this superb coffee, my favourite is Santos & Java; delivers a great Espresso so goes on to make fab cappuccinos, lattes and divine flat whites! Amidst a distressing situation outside the store, Emma not only ensured our safety but welcomed us with exceptional kindness and courage. Emma’s swift actions to bring us into the safety of Whittard were not just outstanding customer service; they were genuine acts of kindness that demonstrated her incredible character and the core values that Whittard upholds. Her humility shone through when, upon asking how we could thank her, she simply said there was no need. Instead, she suggested that letting everyone know how great Whittard is would be thanks enough. This selfless response left us even more impressed and grateful. This experience didn’t merely leave us feeling thankful towards Emma; it also solidified our view of Whittard as a brand where genuine care and community spirit are not just words, but actions lived by its people. We had a broken teapot lid from a Whittard branded teapot. It had been re-glued twice in the past, but the current breakage was final. We were unable to track down a replacement via internet searches. We then contacted Whittard customer services. Monica Harding was amazing at finding and dispatching a replacement. It is was seemingly such a small thing but meant a lot to us.

I clumsily managed to break two lids from tea pots that are now out of production. I contacted Customer Services and Monica Harding asked for a photo and dimensions. She responded very promptly and was able to find a couple of lids, which she posted the same day. Amazing customer service from a British brand that lives up to its original philosophy of "to buy the best". Highly recommended. Huge thank you to Monica in customer services. Having bought a glass teapot in store as a gift I found out weeks later from mother when she opened her present, that it had a cracked handle. No receipt to speak of and a 25mile trip back to the store…? No. A quick email to Whittard customer services with a couple of photos and Monica was on it straight away. New teapot arrived 48hrs later in the post. My mother is delighted and while still recovering from cancer and chemo a beautiful pot of tea is her daily unprescribed medicine. Monica even followed up with me to check I’d received it and all was ok. Thank you Monica. Thank you Whittard. A wonderful British brand still flying the flag for decency and amazing service.
Sophia was great, she responded really quickly and I got a great result after the disappointment of my order not being delivered. She also followed up. I also rang my local Whittard shop and the manager was really helpful and when I met her to collect my order she knew who I was and was so pleased she could help.

Had an issue with a package being damaged during transport and the instant tea being spilt everywhere. Sophia was very kind throughout the conversation and got a replacement sorted quickly. Very happy with how quickly it was resolved. :)
Daniela at Oxford Str London gave us excellent service. She was attentive, giving good advice, made up a sample specially for us to try; while at the same time not being pushy and in your face. Came away with beautiful tea and cookies and cream hot chocolate.
