After an unexpected issue with my order I contacted customer services. They could not be more helpful and kindly replaced an item. Very good customer service!
Ordered a batch of items but on opening the delivery a canister of white hot chocolate was split and the contents were in the box. Contacted customer service and Sarann sorted a replacement immediately.

Order was shipped with Yodel and went missing. Whittard (Monica) answered within 24 hours and order was re-shipped. Excellent service from Whittard, Yodel, not so much!
I recently bought two glass mugs from Whittards , unfortunately one had a crack in it. I emailed the customer service team and Sarann was able to process my complaint and after a quick photo from me was able to arrange a replacement to be sent to me Fantastic quick service

I recently purchased a mug in store, upon receiving it, I realised it was cracked. I emailed customer services and the lovely Sarann was able to resolve my problem. Fast replies and my issue was resolved.

I buy coffee and tea from Whittard. The taste is really rich and full. The best coffee. Recently I had a wrong item in my parcel and Sarann from their Customer Service quickly arranged a replacement for free. I am waiting for my order now and hope to enjoy my favourite coffee soon. As i was meant to collect my order but was unfortunately not able to due to unforseen circumstances. Lovely Saram kindly processed a replacement to be delivered to my home address. Thank you so much.

Very good customer service from Sarann. The mug originally arrived broken however I was able to quickly and easily get a replacement. I am very happy with how the issue was resolved and will definitely order from Whittard again.
Sarann really put herself out to help find items that were out-of-stock. She managed to find them and got them to us the day before they were needed for friends celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary. Thank you again, Sarann.
Brilliant customer service from Sarann. Had an issue with my delivery ( Yodel left it on an industrial estate and once went to collect it it was no longer there) Sarann was super helpful and really quickly got it resolved for me. Thank you again!
Excellent customer service! I seem to have had the same problem as others, where I was meant to have free delivery and Yodel simply dropped the ball and never bothered to come down our drive. The Whittard's customer service rep replied quickly and immediately sorted the delivery problem (by using DPD instead).
First time I visited this store I fell in love. I was very pleased to learn that I was able to order my favorite tea online and have it shipped to the US! With their new points system, I was able to claim points from my previous order with their prompt assistance! This is definitely my go to place for coffee, tea, and hot cocoa!
When the delivery notification arrived for my recent order, I realised that I had mistyped the delivery postcode. Whittards customer service replied to my email very quickly and contacted the courier to correct the error. Sadly, the delivery seemed to get stuck with the courier. Whittards then raised a new order and even said I could keep the original if it turned up. The second order arrived broken (courier threw it in a bin!) but then the first order turned up. Throughout the whole process Whittards were prompt, courteous, helpful and kind, especially given that none of the problems were of their making. I would heartily recommend them. Thank you!
