I was extremely disappointed with the non delivery of my order of coffee beans which I paid for nearly 3 weeks ago online. Whittard used Yodel for this delivery. Yodel repeatedly said my parcel is with Whittard. I have used Whittard for many years and bought a lot of coffee from them. It is good coffee. After multiple emails and a threat to enforce my consumer rights, Whittard arranged a replacement order to be sent by DPD and it arrived the next day as is my normal experience with DPD. But buyer beware. Your coffee may not arrive if you qualify for free delivery and that delivery is handed to Yodel.

Went to the Trentham store on 15/08/2024. Good range of products which are available to taste. Was assisted by a young man who was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Gave us lots of useful information. Will definitely be returning.

Het dekseltje van mijn prachtige theeset “Alice in Wonderland” is helaas gebroken. Ik stuurde een email naar Whittard met de vraag of ze een nieuw dekseltje konden leveren, natuurlijk tegen betaling. Maar dat is niet mogelijk. Bizar! Nu moet ik een compleet nieuwe set kopen. Wat een slechte service.

I have been ordering tea from Whittard since 2017. A recent purchase was rather late, to no fault of Whittard, but I contacted customer service to see if they could help. They responded within hours with a solution. I had my order, plus an extra tea, in no time. I will continue my absolute adoration for Whittard and their wonderful teas!

Went in looking for a gift before my flight at Gatwick Airport. Met with a rude man. I had a lot of change to use up before I leave London, I gave him all my change but his behaviour was so rude, he huffed and puffed and sighed before counting my change. When I was walking away he slammed his hand on the counter. Very disrespectful behaviour from him, I did not have a good experience.

Purchased Matcha coconut tea and have been waiting months for it to come back in stock. Sent an email to customer service who gave no explanation of when it would be back in stock. I did however say that one of their staff members had given excellent customer service. My email was not read correctly and I doubt the only good positive encounter with the company will not be rewarded, for her excellent service. I won’t be buying from Whittards again, as they cannot keep up with supply and demand and don’t seem to care about their staff or customers.

Very good ordering experience from overseas in US. Angelina and other staff helped track my package, had a little difficulty with FedEx. Nicely packaged arrived safely and intact, and in a timely manner.

Whittard's coffee is the only coffee I drink! Recently customer service officer Salma couldn't have been more helpful in arranging the re-delivery of 4 packs of my favourites, Santos & Java and Monsoon Malabar that had gone astray.

Amazing product. The vanilla coffee is genuinely the best coffee I've ever had (and I've had a lot!) Even the packaging is great. The delivery is quick too. A++

Whittards Customer Service is exemplary. The CS Advisor Salma dealt with our concern from start to finish, not only resolving it but going above and beyond to do so AND to ensure we were left feeling very satisfied and happy with the outcome. And all was done very very quickly via telephone call and emails. If only other CS could be like this. Outstanding team and an outstanding level of service - all thanks to Salma. We will return to Whittards in future purely because of the sense of quality and service we received.

An order of coffee was delivered with the wrong grind. Every business produces mistakes now and then. What matters is how they recover from them. Whittard's customer service, specifically Sarann, made the perfect recovery: sympathetic, rapid, completely fair and generous. There was no haggling or demands for proof or returns. All Sarann wanted to know was what she could do to get the replacement goods to me, even offering to have them shipped to me in Hong Kong. Now I'm going to buy from Whittard even more than I already do. Thanks very much for making me feel my custom matters to the business.

Its the husband that drinks the coffee in our house really. This cafetiere is quite handsome with the copper finish and is a good size, providing you with 8 cups of coffee. Seems very sturdy and well made.... does the job... if you are into coffee.☕

had to cancel my last order because Yodel failed to deliver it. I repeated the order for collection in a shop but when I went to the shop yesterday, 3 days after ordering, I was told that, although they had the coffee and I showed proof of payment, they could only give me the coffee if I paid again. The coffee is good but the business is a shambles. When I emailed they said they would try to reply in two working days.

Beware their promo codes. Even though they advertise them globally (e.g. their "refer a friend" program), they don't work outside of the UK (so their customer service department tells me). And though I was lured into creating an account because of the promo code (which took a few moments), and it took me 4 days to find out why I couldn't use it (the T's & C's make no mention, so I had to await a response from customer support), now it will apparently take 30 days to close my account and be erased from their database. Dreadful, dreadful practices. Maybe their tea is great, but I'll never bother to find out. Update: Tried again based on Monica's response below. Still couldn't apply the promo code: Promo code "MMb-QWK-NGM-33T-DDR" cannot currently be added to your basket. If this isn't a phishing scam, I don't know what is. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer experience. Not sure why I can't issue a zero star review. One star seems far too kind.

On my most recent order from Whittards I had an issue with my delivery as two of the products were open and the contents spilled inside the box. It looked as if the Courier had been having a game of rugby with the box. I immediately took a photograph of the contents inside the box and subsequently spoke to Monica at customer service who within minutes emailed me with a new order to replace the damaged items. I was informed that the order would be marked as urgent and believe it or not but the replacement order arrived the following day. Excellent Customer Service by all involved.

Initially purchased Turkish Apple Tea and it tasted delicious so went ahead and purchased a further 4 tubs (£40) along with another tea. However, upon tasting it was just pure sugar in a tub. Tried the next tub and it was the same and all had the same batch number. No apple taste at all. I contacted customer services via email but received no reply and I was contacted by Whittards to leave an honest review on here on Trustpilot, which I did but never received an acknowledgement. Wouldn't shop here again ... Diabetes in a cup and £40 wasted!
