Wow wow wow! Been a supporter of the shop for years now and always try to treat myself to something once a year weather it be a tea or hot chocolate. But since our store shut down and being unable to order online I have been unable to get anything recently. However I visited the Victoria Station shop (which I had no idea existed!) and was so happy with the customer service, layout of the shop and wide range of products available. Overall a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately due to some circumstances I had to contact customer services (personal and nothing regarding the shop itself) in reference to one of the products I purchased. I was helped out by the lovely Tracey, who spoke to me over email and sorted my problem quickly, professionally and easily. I cannot recommend wittards high enough. I am always pleased with the customer service in person and now online, the products are high quality and absolutely stunning, the amount of unique flavours available and overall the feeling when I buy anything - I always feel very special and know I have spent my money in the best way possible.

Great products and tasting hot chocolates. Had an issue with one delivery where the coffee bag had split open. A replacement was sent out and handled very quickly by Sarann. Great customer service.
Absolutely unreal Hot Chocolate. Tried the White Chocolate one and the Coconut one. Pure decadence, the packaging is beautiful too. I will certainly be purchasing other products to try.
I have been using Whittard for quite a while now, mostly for their addictive hot chocolates and instant teas, but this time I thought I would try their tea and coffee. Yes its dearer, but its good quality. Their taste guarentee also is as good as they say. I was contacted back by Sarann who refunded it straight away without a quibble. She and the other advisors I have spoken to, have always been super helpful, friendly and informative.

I bought ground coffee online by mistake when I wanted beans. There are no details of how to make a return on the website, no one answers the phone and I haven’t had a reply to my email sent on 21 October. Update Monica at customer services sent me her email address, called me within 10 minutes of me emailing her and gave me a refund. Excellent work. Well done.

I was having difficulty tracking delivery on my laptop. Whittard were straight on the case, my parcel soon arrived, and as usual it was packed with Whittard's excellent coffees! Problem? What problem!
Excellent store quality (in my case the Swindon Designer Outlet) as well as informative staff. But the real 5* comes from product quality and loyalty scheme. Excellent packaging and the BEST hot chocolate of any retailer I've encountered. This, partnered with the loyalty gifting scheme after purchases, will make me a loyal customer. All around excellent!
I love their tea. We drink only whittard tea for more than a year and I give it as a gift to all my friends. Orders always are nicely packed and arrive on time. Customer service is very helpful.
The products themselves are fantastic in terms of quality and taste (delicious). There are some flavors that I don't really like, but they have many great flavors which I cannot find anywhere else. Two thumbs up! The customer service is very supportive too. When there is a problem, they provide fantastic support and fix the issue promptly. Extra two thumbs up!

I've been a Whittard customer for a while and I wouldn't buy hot chocolate from anywhere else now because it's the best. My husband also enjoys their coffee. If I've ever had any issues, the customer service has been excellent. Special mention to Tracey who has been swift sorting out an issue. Previously (on a different order) Surann (hope I've remembered her name correctly) was also very helpful.
I have to say our first experience of using Whittard was pretty first class, we sent a package to the US, which was a gift, and there was a mix up at FedEx regarding an address. We called Whittard customer service and without hesitation the issue was dealt with and the package safely delivered and within only a few hours. Very impressive service, and the merchandise of a high standard, our family members were very happy with their gift and especially the white hot chocolate!
Honest experience
Nov 03,2024Bought some coffee marked down in store, didn't realise until we got back that I'd been charged full price, not a massive difference. The problem was I thought I'd mention it to customer service, and that I was hoping they'd resolve/ have a bit of sympathy for the issue. But I reported it and apart from the initial response, complete lack of communication/ resolution. I get the impression they're hoping you won't check, so they change the sticker price in-store, and then charge you full price. It's a principle thing, so I'm not going back as I feel ripped off, and it would have been easy to resolve if they had good customer service, but it appears that's lacking. Anyway not going back as a result, and I'd advise all customers to check your receipt especially if getting things "discounted". *Lots of 5 star reviews from new 1 review accounts?? Very suspicious, almost as if to flood out the negative reviews, I thought this practise was banned?*
