Mar 31,2023Your sales person was extremely helpful. However, I didn't think much of DHL, your courier. I paid for what was billed as a 1 day service, only to find that, because the order was placed on Friday, they wouldn't deliver till Monday. They then delivered to the wrong block of flats and I had to go to collect it. Would buy from you again- but please review which courier you use as an alternative to Royal mail.

Mar 27,2023They were timely in assessing my need after providing them with my hearing test. Not only that, they did a comprehensive analysis of what is required and programmed the hearing aid to suit my need. They were delivered on time as I was leaving UK and returning back to N America. I have yet to test out their warranty as it will be online. The hearing aids are pricey, yet my research says there is no more that approximately $650 worth of components in a hearing aid.

I bought my first hearing aids, which I admit was a reluctant purchase so I was very apprehensive especially buying remotely, this doubt was quickly dispelled as my concerns were addressed promptly and efficiently both before and after purchase. Their hearing aids didn't work well for me but I feel that is more a measure of my poor hearing than the aids that were supplied. I returned the aids and received a refund with no fuss whatsoever. Thank you Sophie for all your time and help along the way.

Jan 28,2023I did not get my new aid as quickly as I’d hoped, but it was the Christmas holiday’s and they did need my remaining aid so they could be paired. They were completely honest about the timescale, and they arranged and paid for the collection. All at an excellent price! I don't want to complain about the delay at all. It was completely unavoidable and understandable, as they explained at the time
