Hats off to you though as after placing my order I was contacted within a couple of hours and told how to get my hearing test results so my aids could be programmed. I received my aids within 7 days and they are perfect and £1000 cheaper than I could get them at Boots. Great job, professional and quick.

Apr 16,2024I was in need of new hearing aids and had a updated hearing test carried out by a well known high street company. Being less than satisfied with the level of service received, I shopped around online and came across Wholesale Hearing. Right from the outset they have been a real pleasure to deal with. No hard sale, just quality advice, responding to e-mails promptly and taking the time to explain all the options available. The price worked out approximately 25% cheaper than I would have paid had I purchased them from the high street supplier. Initially it took longer than I hoped to get a copy of my audiology graph from Specsavers who were not particularly forthcoming or truthful, but after reminding them that I have a right to a copy under Data Protection, I did finally receive it. Once received, I sent it of to Wholesale Hearing who programmed the aids and they were received by me three days later. One should always expect a good service when paying for it and I admit to having high standards, so rarely do companies live up to my expectations and rarely do I leave reviews. With Wholesale Hearing they not only met my expectations but far exceeded them. Thank you all at W/S Hearing for your care, professionalism and great prices.

But, I was most impressed when received an email apologising for not having my purchased item in stock, with an offer to full refund, or wait until stock available. Very good customer service of informing me of a problem as immediately know, with options to rectify. I opted to wait until in stock, and am very pleased with my purchase. Thank You!

Apr 04,2024After struggling to precisely identify the model of my wife’s hearing aids I thought I had worked it out and ordered a charging box. It arrived exactly on time and I was so disappointed to find despite my best efforts I had ordered the wrong one! Completely my own fault but no problem to Wholesale Hearing. Sophie identified the right model for me, ordered and despatched it whilst awaiting the return of the incorrect model. Perfect customer service!

The advice I was given about which hearing aids would be best for me was the same as my own conclusions from my own research. The aids arrived a week after the order and a number of questions I had were all answered by email within a couple of hours. I am always hesitant to recommend anything to others but certainly not in the case of this company. Thanks Ross!
