Dec 28,2020I wanted a telescope for my son for Christmas. I left it a little late. Unable to obtain one from the usual large stores, I came across Wilkinsons. I ordered the telescope on the Monday and it arrived the next day, in time for Christmas. Excellent service and I will return to Wilkinsons again soon. Thank you for a first class service

Dec 23,2020i bought a ex display camera from the store, i phoned them to enquire about it and asked some questions the member of staff told me she had not actually seen the camera. but would send me some photos of it and she did from different angles of the camera the lens etc, after looking at the photos i contacted them again asked some more questions purchased the camera online. i received the camera the next day thanks to both members of staff i spoke to for your help and for the fast delivery excellent.

Dec 23,2020Having recently had problems with similar items not being in hand I phoned to check. I was promised the item was really in stock and would be dispatched immediately and they prided themselves on delivering as promised. Glad to say that is exactly what happened! As a Christmas present going direct I can't comment further but don't expect a problem and already know the binoculars are very good.

Dec 09,2020This is the first time I have purchased something from Wilkinson Cameras online, having always used the shops in the past. However, for a 20kg printer it was the best thing to do. The whole process from placing the order online to delivery, including communication throughout, was perfect. Regarding the printer, it was very easy to set up and connect to my wireless network. At one stage Windows 10 asks for a printer PIN, which can only be found by printing a test page. I had to use Google, which took me to the more detailed Canon user manual, to find out how to do this, as it wasn't covered in the quick set up instructions that came with the printer. I have now printed a number of A3 and A4 colour prints and, as indicated by other reviews, the quality is excellent. The only thing I can now think of improving is my photography and printing skills to make full use of the quality available. It is too soon to make any comment on ink usage, but I'm not expecting it to be brilliant. Overall, very happy with the product and the purchase experience. 5 starts undoubtedly!

There is lots of information about the products online. Information about payments, expected delivery dates, etc was really good and it arrived on time, very well packaged.

Nov 04,2020I had a eos r6 on backorder from mid September. On the whole the order is as I would expect, delivered correctly, charged correctly etc. One slight gripe is communication, which was non-existant from the online store side of things. I received order confirmation advising that I would get further confirmation when it shipped, which I did. Probably down to my own impatience, I was keen to get a bit of an eta and as such had to contact the company to get this. I understand a lot of this is outside Wilkinson's control and the people I spoke to were lovely. What I would say is a simple service email to people like me waiting for many weeks to help set that expectation would help and be appreciated. Simply being told something is on backorder and I will be contacted when it ships is the minimum I would expect as a customer, receiving an update on the progress would wow me a little more. On to wows. As I said the staff were all lovely and as helpful as they could be. I spoke to Web support the day it was shipping without knowing and suggested the things I did above. I was expecting the item to arrive later this week given my delivery option at point of sale and found out that it was a next day delivery. So that was a lovely gesture and unexpected. So to summarise a solid 4, would have been a 5 with proactive comms. Hopefully someone looks into this for future customers. Would happily use them again.

Nov 03,2020Bought nikon A1000 .was delivered when told it would be.when opened couldnt use it cos instruction book was for nikon p900.when phoned reg this a very helpful lady (Lily I believe) apologised and said she would email me the relevant instructions for my camera later in the afternoon which she duly did.thak you for your speedy help as I'm having great pleasure geting to know my new camera

Nov 02,2020I knew what I wanted having spent ages reading many reviews of this and similar binoculars but still wanted to try before buying. Called into Liverpool store where they were only allowing one person at a time, was given pair of disposable gloves to wear, staff member wearing mask and gloves. could not have felt safer. Bought pair of binoculars, Hawke Nature Trek, 10 x 25. LIGHTWEIGHT and COMPACT. focus at 2 meters, great for bird watching, a great addition to my large but heavy binoculars

Oct 26,2020Ordered a large printer from Wilkinson Cameras as only came across the website by chance when carrying out a Google search. Super easy site to navigate and had to call twice to query a couple of things, the staff were very polite and helpful. Fast delivery too. Will definitely use again.

Jan 02,2021I really like to shop at Wilkinson’s Cameras Warrington. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I know you can buy products slightly cheaper elsewhere, but if I’m spending thousands on a camera I want piece of mind. It’s also worth noting buying from a reputable retailer like Wilkinson’s can give you extended warranty. I received two years warranty on a Fuji camera, buying elsewhere would have only given me one year. From experience Wilkinson’s after sales service is very good too. I will not shop elsewhere for camera equipment. Highly recommended.
