Jul 18,2020As a professional photographer, I use Wilkinson's in Liverpool regularly for everything from filters, batteries, memory cards, right up to pro level cameras and lenses. I have always found the service to be excellent and the prices to be very competitive. The shop is excellently managed by Andrew and the the staff are very knowledgeable in their field. You don't get them pressing you for a sale like some other shops. If you say that you are just browsing, they respect that and leave you alone until you ask for assistance.

Jul 10,2020Absolutely diabolical service from this company. I phoned and enquired on Wednesday, if a camera and lens was in stock. I was told yes it was and I could buy it through their website. No problem order it, I did and paid for next day delivery. I then received a phone call and was told it was not in stock in that particular shop, but it was in a different branch and I could get it by Friday. I said OK, it didn't arrive on the Friday and I couldn't get it until the next week. I obviously cancelled the order as this shambles could not be allowed to continue. So now I have no camera and no £1100 I paid for it until the refund is processed. Whatever you say I ordered on Wednesday afternoon and was told before I ordered it that it was there, plus I ordered it before the cut off time. Ordered Wednesday next day delivery still wasn't going to get it until next week. Rest my case.

Jun 29,2020The lens I received looked almost new, just as described. I was kept informed throughout the order process from dispatch to delivery. Shopping and checkout on the website was easy, and I could use PayPal, good for me. I chose this site because they offered next day delivery, which is what I needed. Unfortunately it turned into two-day delivery, but ultimately I’m happy with the product and the seller.

Jun 24,2020Having decided to purchase some camera equipment I did the usual searches and found Wilkinsons to be the best price by some margin but the website stated "special order" so imagine my surprise to have it delivered out to me in a matter of a few days. Best price and little fuss, a PROPER company!

Jun 15,2020I decided to treat myself to a new Billingham bag, Wilkinson was the cheapest I could find. Paid for next day delivery and it duly arrived on time and well packaged. I had a problem when I entered my old post code but it was soon sorted after using the chat facility. All in all a pleasant, easy transaction and I would definitely recommend them.

Jun 09,2020Be aware, if you buy something and would like to return it, you will have to go to the local post office and PAY money for RETURN, I just had my camera lens from them for £517 it was not sharp enough and had huge back focus and when I decided to return it, I paid 8.99 for return, this is company policy.

Wilkinson’s is perfect..... family run business in Preston, with I would say competitive prices. I was able to chat online with Liz asking various questions until I felt satisfied. The camera came very quickly and now I am getting used to it, feel confident that I can go back online and ask any questions I feel I need answered.
