Oct 09,2020I ordered a Nikon D750 as a special order item on 31st July, but due to production at Nikon being delayed as a result of the effects of the current pandemic, I only recieved the camera today Thursday October 8th. This is not a negative however, during the process Wilkinson Cameras responded to all of my enquiries very promptly and kept me well informed on the progress of the order. A big thank you to the team for keeping all of us photographers supplied through what must be quite a challenging time for retailers, often dealing with cicrumstances beyond their control. A very satisfied customer!

Sep 28,2020No other words, guys in Chester branch were brilliant, but their online customer service is the very worst you will encounter , that’s it for me for this company I darent risk spending another penny just in case they DONT refund yet again. Ps don’t come back with your usual smarmy comments

They also answered qurestions about the product very swiftly to help my decision. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Sep 10,2020my item has still not arrived even though royal mail say they have delivered it somewhere, wilkinson cameras told me its up to me to sort the problem out and try and find out where royal mail delivered it to so it looks like i have lost my money as it looks like i will never get my item, i have cctv cameras on my property and the place to leave parcels is safe and the cameras show that royal mail never came to my property on the date wilkinson cameras said the parcel was delivered

Sep 06,2020I recently bought a celestron StarSense explorer LT80 az. The telescope is brilliant, Wilkinson cameras are very efficient and I received my telescope within days. I had an issue with a setscrew in the diagonal and there customer service was fantastic, A lady called Liz was so quick to respond, and resolved the problem right away. Very helpful and polite. Would highly recommend this shop.

I got incredible service from Joe, who assisted me in terms of what to buy to meet my particular needs, but also gave me links so that I could order and pay for it on line with Wilkinson Direct. I am really delighted with this transaction.

Aug 22,2020Had a great experience with Wilkinson Cameras (Southport branch) recently. I called about a used item on their website, they put it on reserve for me and I travelled up to have a look at it. I had a lot of questions in order to establish how the camera would fit in to my current setup. Alex was friendly, helpful and patient! I usually deal with the Liverpool branch who are fantastic, and it was nice to see a similar level of service at another branch. Even got a phonecall on my way home updating me about another part of my order. I tend to choose Wilkinson over shopping online wherever possible for their expertise and warranties.

Jul 31,2020I was extremely happy with everything, especially impressed with how quickly I received my order. My only complaint is, the delivery driver was not wearing any protective equipment (mask, gloves etc) 5 stars for Wilkinsons, much less for the delivery firm
