May 23,2020Fantastic company to buy through. Have visited the shop in Bury on a number of occasions and the staff there have been great and very knowledgable. Website is well organised and easy to work through. I’ve ordered a couple of times online, buying second hand things as I am just getting back into photography and on both occasions the items arrive well packed and promptly. There was a minor issue with one purchase but this was handled very efficiently and politely. Would certainly shop here again.

I was pleased with the help I received over the phone and then proceeded to buy the camera my husband wanted ! It was delivered in 2 days , perfectly packed and just what he wanted . May 19,2020I have bought from Wilkinsons a few times in the past but never used items, so this was a first for me. The item advertised was was described as Grade 1, which is mint/as new.... and at a very good price including all original parts and box and covered by a 12 months guarantee. I e-mailed to confirm the condition and quickly received a favourable response. The lens arrived the following day in the condition advertised and if the lens had been placed alongside a new lens, there wouldn't have been an obvious way to distinguish between the two. Very pleased, as I have always been with Wilkinsons... a top company with very helpful and very friendly staff in store and at hq.

May 07,2020First-class service. I ordered the Scanner V600 on Thursday 30 April and it arrived by Courier at 1350 on Friday 1 May. I was scanning slides later that day. I have been a customer for many years, first at the Blackburn shop and then at Bury when Blackburn closed. It is always good to be able to see a product before buying and have it demonstrated but I had no qualms about this purchase as I am sure that if there any problems I will get help to solve them. May 07,2020I was looking for a battery for my camera but I was not entirely sure what I should buy. Wilkinson had a battery in stock that I thought would do the trick but I wasn't sure so I emailed them. They replied the same day confirming it was fine for my camera, so I ordered. That was on Tuesday, Today is Thursday and it has just arrived, along with a thank you letter for the business (some Haribo sweets - nice touch). That is first class service, the speed of answering my email to delivering the item, and it is the right battery. Excellent service is hard to find these days so it worth calling out when you experience it. Well done and thank you Wilkinson, my first purchase but not my last.
