Excellent service, they were cheaper than leading competitors and the communication with them was very pleasant and professional. I received my order promptly, and had a nice letter with a wee bag of sweeties which I thought was a nice touch. I have recommended them to my camera club, and I also recommend them to any other photographers purchasing new gear.

I bought a printer from Wilkinson Cameras and received very good service. Since then, whenever I require ink I contact Wilkinsons for the ink cartridge(s) via their web-site and they despatch very quickly with Parcelforce. No problems, very happy thank you. Should I require any help over the phone, they are very helpful.

The item I received was "NOT" the item that was advertised. The item advertised was a 58mm Hoya "PRO1" close up +3 filter. What I recieved was a 58mm Hoya +3 close up filter minus the "PRO 1". The casing had already been opened and a poor attempt had been made to close the security seals. I was disapointed to say the least.

I have used Wilkinson camera on two occasions and they have been excellent on all levels 1x Sony HVL-F60RM Flash Unit purchased and delivered next day 1x Sony HVL-F60RM Flash Unit out of stock they took a deposit and stated they would reserve the item for me, upon stock arrival a payment link was emailed to me and delivered the next day at an excellent price £449 compared to others selling for £619

Used Wilkinson Cameras for 25 years and bought 9 cameras from them. Staff have always been helpful and some are quite experienced photographers themselves. They are not slow to stock the latest flagship cameras & sell quite a nice range of equipment.

I am very pleased with my purchase of a reconditioned Canon camera. I was emailed advising it had been dispatched and received delivery notifications from Royal Mail. The camera is in very good condition and I am very pleased with it to date. Thank you for your good service

I wanted to buy a Lumix camera from Wilkinsons store in Warrington. I will always buy from a store when I can to help to keep our High Streets alive. However, their price was £10 more than Panasonic sell it for directly so I asked if they would price match. I was was quite surprised when they refused. They were prepared to lose a sale for the sake of £10. Wilkinson’s are not only asking a higher price, but only offer a 2 year warranty as opposed to the 5 year warranty that Panasonic provide when you buy directly. I didn’t ask them to match the warranty, just match the manufacturers RRP. I was even prepared to drive 20 miles and pay for parking to buy it in store. So I’ve purchased the camera on line from Panasonic directly and saved myself some money. I expect it’s only a matter of time before Wilkinson’s announce more store closures. They’ll only have themselves to blame.

Visited Wilkinson Cameras today as we needed a camera to do a specific job (good quality photography for on line sales) The member of staff who dealt with us was lovely to deal with and very knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to us while we explained what we needed the camera for - so was able to recommend exactly the camera we needed within our budget. I had previously bought a camera from a large electrical shop where there was no one to give advice and found the camera just wasn't up to the job. I had also looked on line for advice and just ended up being confused and overwhelmed. So glad we called into this shop - they had a large selection of cameras in all budgets - and I was really impressed that no one tried to pressure us into buying a more expensive camera than we needed. Lots of really helpful, honest advice - a demonstration of the camera and the offer of aftercare/advice if we need it. We now have a good little camera which I think will make a huge difference to our business. Can't recommend Wilkinson Cameras enough. We now know where to go for whatever photography needs we might have as the business grows.

Item was displayed incorrectly on their site so they sent me an incorrect item. Wasn't just VC in the description that was wrong. They displayed the incorrect images.
