Jul 26,20213 months using witherhosting, everything is great and the price is the cheapest out there. Support is also very good: a community discord server where other server owners can help you, and you can also chat with staff from witherhosting, they are very friendly! The UI is fine and there is dark mode (I LOVE IT!!). One very very small problem is that the console panel cannot use tab completer so you have to type it on your own, but it doesnt affect anything!

Jul 22,2021It's a good host, they are working hard on making the host better. They has got locations to locate the server in EE.UU, Australia, Europe and Asia. The prices, are very competitive, you can see that they have good processors as well. Adding to this, you will have a good suprise when you have the console. And it's that, suprisingly, you can host in the same host, not only Minecraft. You can choose to host Rust, Valheim, Seven Days to Die and more other games

Jul 18,2021when I ordered the servers the old panel was a bit rocky and unstable but once they switched to the new panel I have had nothing but good times with the servers, a small problem is the panel auto disabling query

I've subscribed sheep server for Minecraft located in Singapore but my service still pending up until now since 6.30pm yesterday...does it really take a while to get my service active? He added me on Discord and walked me through the process of getting all set up step by step which I found SUPER helpful. 10/10 Would recommend him to anyone who needs help getting set up.

Jul 07,2021Really cheap but you will discover fast why. There is no support, everytime something goes wrong they will advice you to upgrade or reset your server. No other solution (for different problems). Server just suddenly chrahses. Console is really often down, so you can't adjust anything to your server in that time. I'm not editing this review because you guys didn't solve anything. The datapack was valid and runs fine by an other service. Second of al you only come with this solution after i file a complaint and stop hosting by your service. Before that you were telling me to upgrade (multiple times).

Jul 07,2021Witherhosting is amazing! The multiserver prices are the lowest I could find while they are just as good (or better) than their competition. Their support is incredible (although sometimes slow) and they even have a discord.

Jul 04,20211) Unprofessional and shady higher-up s This higher-up may seem very polite and kind to their customers, but how he treated me was worst. I would like to start with how I got banned. Apparently, I got banned for the reason, "bothering me for too long". Hello? I'm trying to be myself and you're telling me you ban me instead of muting me for that? Is that even part of the rules? Anyways, I asked the same higher-up if it was fair to ban me instead of muting me, he replied with a "no" and just blocked me like that. There is also another higher-up accused of ddosing. This one isn't as active as the rest. I have a screenshot showing this higher-up's reaction when asked about his ddosing. His reaction was to threaten to ddos my source like he has actually did it before. I personally have also tried verifying it in WH but I was always ignored. 2) Poor Support Management I'm not going to talk about the slow support that everyone else has talked about, but the fact that support doesn't even know what they're doing. One of their support members re-opened my ticket just to bribe me to credit him. Each credit I believe is atleast half a dollar. This is such a bad example of a support member. 3) Dedicated IPs or not? WH does not actually provide Dedicated IPs. Dedicated IPs are actually Shared IPs just with the default ports which they think is the reason one purchases the add-on for. I know this as one the higher-up s whom I am not going to disclose, had told me this and I have a screenshot of it. If you want an actual Dedicated IP, don't come here. 4) Security There has been an incident a while ago where all clients emails and passwords were leaked. Passwords were hashed but not the emails. The leaked information has spread throughout forums and gives others the opportunity to do god knows what with our emails. I am also not sure which part of WH caused this and I hope it wasn't a staff management issue. 5) Slowly Losing Quality Many months ago, when I was a satisfied customer, WH was not overselling and had barely any downtime. However, that has all changed since the past few months. I noticed that more than half of the support members have been fired for whatever reason which had led to slower support. But seriously, your apps are closed with only 4 support members smh. WH nodes are also starting to overload and go down that shows signs of overselling. I was also told from a source that months ago he/she saw more than 300 servers on one of the nodes, but hey all hosts do that. WH also has gotten bad attention from whoever it is constantly ddosing WH. But WH ddos protection was so crap that panel was always down. I appreciate the fact that higher-up s have fixed this issue by changing ddos protection providers and getting a new panel. The issue still remains for normal services. WH have also been moving services for no specified reason when they have new nodes and you wouldn't know until you found out. This also brings me to my next point. 6) Announcements There was an issue I encountered a while ago where all my services were deleted. Was this a sabotage or what? I was told by a higher-up that it was an accidental bug from the Daemon. Whether or not it is true, I still got compensated credits and an issue like this was NEVER announced. Please if you want to expand and improve, PLEASE JUST FIX WHATEVER STUFF I HAVE MENTIONED HERE! If not, just shut down and don't become the next shockbyte. Also gave a 2 star instead of a 1 star because of the affordable prices. That's all. Edit: Please redefine "spamming". I have never spammed in any shape or form. All I did was ask questions and when I was banned without any reason as said by the bot, so I had that higher-up added as a friend and asked a one line question, in which I was replied to a "no" without any further elaboration and I was blocked or unfriended. Edit 2: Whether or not one of the higher-up s is ddosing, it's up to them to own up instead of threatening to ddos clients. The last I checked which was a few days ago, your support applications were not opened. Please fact check. I understand IPs are limited. But using "Dedicated IP" instead of "Default Ports" is a little over excessive. Is this some type of marketing stunt? It's better not to lie to your clients. I hope such a security leak never happens again. Yes. You are indeed overselling. There were multiple times where both CPU and RAM usage hit 99+% on nodes and clients talked about instances of this happening on Discord. Pretty sure there was one that I witnessed with the new panel. Ok you know what. I'm just going to say Guizz is majorly suspicious. I was told other clients were affected and I was on of them. What types of lie has Guizz been giving you? Please Alex. Talk to Guizz about my ban and this. Great efforts in resolving ddos attacks! Edit 3: I realised y'all punish people without a set time. Please indicate.
