Jun 16,2021I've had my "ups" and "downs" with this company. The great person in their support team is MrRazamataz. He provided the best support ever. The prices are good. Hosting servers are fast and great for that price. Ping is low if you choose the right location for your gaming server.

Jun 15,2021It's almost been a month and there were many problems in such a small period of time. 1) When I purchased a package my server was not automatically created because there was no space in the node that I selected, but this was not mentioned before the purchase. I had to manually contact the support for them to create a server in another node. 2) I was given a server in Poland node, which had network connectivity issues everyday. Literally packet losses and overloading CPU every evening. All players were being kicked because of the network issues. 3) They migrated the servers from the Polish node to a data center in the Netherlands. It took more than a day for my domain to propagate to my server's new IP address so the players couldn't join the server. 4) They updated their panel, they didn't announce that the old backups were not compatible and the scheduled backups that I set on the previous panel were gone. My world was messed up, I thought I had backups but there were no backups, new backups were not being created after the panel update either. Other than that, uptime is pretty good. Support is okay, they answer the tickets. But if I knew I was going to have these problems I wouldn't be a customer of this hosting company. 2/5

Jun 11,2021I personally was hesitant before buying a service from WitherHosting because of the things I have heard before but due to budget restrictions I thought of giving a try!! and Guess what I am currently running Minecraft 1.17 server for 20+ people with ease. Their performances and prices are whole lot better than most services out there. I have seen lots of people commenting on not getting support from the team but to my surprise, I always got help after making a ticket always within half an hour!! So I would really recommend the services!! But you should probably join their discord channel before buying a service if you have any doubts whatsoever.

Apr 26,2021The hosting is cheap and affordable. It’s pretty easy to manage too. The only bad thing about witherhosting is it’s support. Other hosting companies have better & faster support. Sometimes the support team can’t really help me with issues either, which is kinda annoying because they should be hiring staff that have lots of knowledge about servers. WitherHosting isn’t bad I just think they could improve on quite a few things.

Apr 24,2021WitherHosting LLC is a joke. Literally, it's a joke. I applied to the Staff team after being accepted into TMDHosting's team. I chose to apply to Support Agent at WitherHosting because I've seen their bad side. The former Support Agent (Emilia Sand) got fired from one of Witherhosting's child companies for telling the truth. She was one of the best in the industry and everyone wanted her due to her extremely good experience. Anyways, I've talked to multiple customers and they say that they aren't happy with how WitherHosting treat their customers. Bad support, overloaded Servers. The COO (Co-Owner) literally said this in DMs "Anyways I can't accept you, your application is way too vague. And on top of that you seem like a thrill to manage". -The Co-Owner sold a copy of his own TOS and Privacy Policy that both WitherHosting and Floofy Hosting uses. I recommend staying away from WitherHosting, go with another hosting providing service that actually got nice staff and co-owner. This review is based on Screenshots and proof from DMs. [UPDATE] The Co-Owner replied to my message after I said "Enjoy the review", he replied with "You're annoying. That's all I got to say. Are you 12 or something? hI iM lEoM aNd iM gNa 1 sTaR bEcAuSe i gOt dEnIed fOr StAfF" Telling the truth doesn't have anything to do with age. I made this review because I want to show the customers what to expect, bad service. And then he banned me from their Discord Server. - What is he really trying to hide? The truth will always come out soon or later. Everything will be documented on drama.gg (including screenshots). Now they replied to defend themselves when I got around 10 screenshots of proof. "Rumors", not really. I'm pretty sure that WitherHosting is spreading the rumors by replying with that sort of answer. Like I said, everything will be published to Drama.gg, including all the screenshots.

Mar 01,2021Me and a friend hosted a YouTuber SMP. Server got suspended for not paying the invoice. He said he ran out of money to pay for the server so I offered to host it from my own server which we agreed on. I go on the server and realise we can't even look at the files and get the world download anymore. This is a scam, since we invested all of our time and also have paid witherhosting but can't get the files. Upon contacting support, we got ghosted and asked to provide our email but with no response. We are losing players by the hour and uptime matters, and wither can't provide us with FTP.

Feb 25,2021This is my updated review since leaving WH for the time being. During my stay with them for almost a year, I have to say they have definitely proved themselves to be a high-quality Minecraft hosting provider. Their panel is now well developed and includes most of the common features you would expect. However, the one feature which stood out was the startup flags changer. Unlike other providers which either never include this feature or charge extra, WitherHosting provides this self-managed feature for free. Recently WH has been forced to increase the pricing of some of its locations in order to keep the company alive. While some may not like this change, I actually think this is great and a step in the right direction. The new prices are still very affordable and give me confidence that they will be able to sustain themselves in this very competitive market. Whilst they have many points going for them, one thing I can say they have not improved on is communication. For a server hosting company, communication is one of the most important factors when it comes to downtime and customer satisfaction, and I believe WH have missed the spot in this area. Recently, they have been doing many node migrations to move their servers off specific providers for a more reliable experience as well as better hardware. Although this is good news from a performance perspective, it isn't so for downtime and reliability. You see, the node migrations occurring currently are happening at spontaneously different and unscheduled times. No warning, no prior notice. Nothing. I was luckily not affected by this, but when they posted the announcement for my node (AU-01) to be migrated to (AU-01-P), I saw my panel showing me my server was being migrated. This could have been a huge issue, as the only form of communication I received was through Discord and even then, there was no specific scheduled time as to when the servers would be moved. Would I have been hosting a popular network, I could imagine many of my players complaining, putting stress on me and trying to find out when the server would be back up. While I understand the need to move servers off the old nodes as quickly as possible, handling it in a very rushed manner is not something to be commended. This situation could have been improved by giving us ~3 days notice, enough time to prepare and potentially take a backup in case something was to go wrong. Additionally for the people who don't use Discord and solely rely on Live Chat and the client area for keeping up to date, maybe an announcement in the client area or if possible an email alert would help to notify most of your customers. Overall, I am impressed by the improvements which have been made and a more realistic pricing scheme. While I am currently not using this provider, I would definitely consider using them again and I appreciate their presence in the Minecraft hosting space. If there is anything which is factually incorrect, please let me know and I will correct it.
