Jan 24,2021In the three days that I have used this host, I have encountered multiple issues that I have not had to deal with while using other server hosts. On the first day, I bought a 4 GB server to host a vanilla survival server for around 15 of my friends, but was greeted with a very slow and unresponsive server. After creating a support ticket, I was told that it was because my selected server software, (Spigot) took up too many resources and that I should upgrade my plan. I went ahead and upgraded to the most expensive plan with 20 GB RAM and 8 CPU cores. It was still just as slow and unresponsive as before. Turns out it was a node issue and changing the location solved the problem. This took a lot of time however and delayed the release of my server which was not ideal. The second issue happened 2 days later. When I woke up and checked my server panel, I was met with an error that did not allow me to access it. I created a support ticket where they told me that the developers were informed. However, I have waited over an hour as of now and the issue has still not been fixed. It is worth mentioning that the support staff were helpful, respectful and responded quickly. While the server has no issues, it runs relatively smoothly as well, but that has not often been the case for my short 3 days of using this service.

Jan 17,2021Service was horrible, hosting was horrible, server was laggy I payed for 6GB plan and for 2 servers cant stress this enough pleassssse pleasssse dont buy from them they are one of the worst of the services.

Jan 17,2021Honestly this is one of the worst hosting services out here. I feel sorry for MXG and their dev because our server that we have had for a while had tps, lag issues, couldnt access panel, closed for 3 days without any staff helping us, the support team was was very unhelpful and we had to get the dev to help us by spamming @ him and when he finally got contacted it was fixed only for a short time. I can't say how mad me and my team feel about this with their support team they can't help with anything and only said it'll fix itself and 3 hours passed until the dev fixed it. The manager of witherhosting also claimed all of these are false yet me and my team have showed proof many times of our problems. I hate how long this is but anyone who is thinking of using Witherhosting please don't save your money they aren't worth the time and money. My team had the 6GB plan and payed for 2 servers and we are going under make for both of them and we cant even get staff to get on to help or us get access. We have switched host and are hoping for better service.

Dec 04,2020Los servicios que ofrecen son buenos, tienen estabilidad y al menos me dan buen rendimiento, pero su soporte es de lo peor, sinceramente eso arruina todo, ya llevan más de 24 horas sin contestarte ni darme razón -ACTUALIZACIÓN 27 Diciembre- El servicio si me fue dado incluso le añadieron unos días más, pero insisto que el soporte debe mejorar, y si tengo pruebas que el soporte tardo más de 24 horas en contestarme, si recibí respuesta del Dueño y sus razones, lo entiendo, Gracias -ACTUALIZACIÓN- 18 Marzo 2021 El soporte ahora es mas rapido y eficaz, los precios siguen igual de competitivos, la calidad de los servidores es impresionante, el mejor calidad y precio que puedes encontrar, ahora mismo si los recomiendo totalmente.

Nov 20,2020I have been using Wither Hosting for about a month now and the service has been impeccable. I'm not the most server savvy person in the world but they've been the most helpful with server updates on the Bedrock server that I run. I thought I had deleted my world by accident and they had all the answers at a moments notice. Super happy and reliable servers!

Oct 06,2020When I had bought a server, I had some issues already. I couldn't get in the Game Panel. Struggling to sign in, I asked for support. The person helping me, didn't help me solve it. Kept telling me to check my inbox and spams. Eventually after 4 hours, someone else had came to help me and actually solved my problem. Thank you to that person. Server was faster in starting and stopping and only a little few lags in game, but it was better than what my mates and I had experienced from others. Overall, this is actually pretty good. I bought a 5GB Minecraft Server for 26 mods.
