The support team is almost always there quickly when a problem arises. The website hosting, server hosting, VPS hosting, and everything else is great.

Sep 14,2020Extremely helpful support, really fast and easy set up, clean looking panels and outstanding performance. I'm using one of their MultiServers plans and honestly the price I'm paying for that is nothing compared to what I would be paying on other hosting providers.

Signed up for hosting plan, no idea what I was selecting but support was fast, considerate and had me and my family playing MineCraft in no time. They seem to be available 24hrs and happy to help - what a great experience! Now the real fun begins!

Aug 28,2020Honestly this host is a relieve, Me and my 2 buds have gone through 4 host and they were at ridiculous prices or when they werent, just a ripoff with no support. Great and responsive support, they respontend wasent super formal and i like that! Was immediatly able to solve my problem. And from the few days ive been using it, is clear and good to use.

Aug 23,2020Witherhosting is absolutely amazing. Everyone should use it. First, they are EXTREMELY affordable at $1/gb/month. And this is not a ripoff! It is actually that cheap! Their panel is easy to navigate, the SFTP with Firezilla is also awesome. I especially love their feature called Subusers allowing to add team members to your panel. Also, their support team is amazing and responded to me in light speed time. Thank you so much WitherHosting, and I will be coming back and recommending you many many times.

But, After using 3 of there services (Minecraft Basic, MultiServers, and Website Hosting), I have had nothing but an amazing experience. I have suggested WitherHosting to many of my friends. So if your holding back on buying. I highly suggest trying out the service. One of my Favorite features if there custom Panel. CUSTOM PANEL THEY MADE. Just amazing. Everything is Easy Access. Jul 28,2020I have been using witherhosting (specifically their multiserver option which I LOVE), and it has been awesome. Support has been compassionate and awesome, and they always do their best to help. Server performance is great, and the CUSTOM panel they CUSTOM PROGRAMMED is literally the BEST server panel I have ever used, not to mention their server importer feature with FTP so you can transfer from another host. Jul 27,2020Support: Like their support team is simply the best. You ask a question, they response in at most 5 mins. The panel is easy to use, and the server doesn't have any lag. It also supports like a bunch of different software, and i use paper 1.8. When i am stuck in maybe setting up a plugin i could just ask the support and they'll answer me in seconds. it's just... how do i say it, more than 5 stars. at least 100. And their description on the main page of the website: WitherHosting: Truly fast. Truly cheap. Truly limtless. Is true. it starts at just $1/gb! They should add another sentence: 1 dollar. unlimted benefits. seriously, i'm not kidding. they always solve my issues. whatever i ask them, they always give me a professional and helpful response. And they don't lie. They say they use either core i9 10900k, core i7 7700k or ryzen 7 3700x depending on location chosen. IT'S JUST ALL THE BEST CPUS FOR A MC SERVER!!! I really don't see why someone would rate it 1 star.

Oct 03,2020I am very disappointed with my experience with wither hosting. my server is constantly not working. They have already had to terminate and recreate my server once and will probably have to do it again. all I have been trying to do is upload my world save to the server and it has just been so troublesome, I feel so sorry for MXGlatoya because of the amount of times that I have had to ping him in discord with problems. -camo
