So disappointing, if I had known there would have been problems with the delivery service I would not have bought online…

Although advertised , next day delivery was not available. Service from DPD the courier company was poor. It failed to delivery within the hour slot they specified on the app and failed to apologise.

Jan 10,2023Poor customer service. I ordered the item 12 days before the start of their qualifying date for Christmas returns. So because I was organised by just 12 days we are not eligible for a return/store credit and stuck with something that doesn't fit. The company was originally contacted at least 1 week before the return period ended, and also on Boxing Day via email with no response. So they could have easily had the item back in time to meet the return by date. This is simply because I got them less than 2 weeks early! All the while, at checkout there wasn't anything stating dates for Christmas returns. Only after the problem occurred. Asked to speak to head office and was told by Chris on the online chat he was the had office 🙃 just an absolute sack of rubbish company and won't be using again.

Jan 10,2023I cannot fault Woodhouse for the way they dealt with my order. Woodhouse provided a replacement for my original order as it appeared to be lost by EVRI. I would buy from Woodhouse again, but I would make sure that the courier was not EVRI as their performance was abysmal
