Guided by Stewart the team have answered all my queries with immediate response via email and calls. I would without hesitation recommend the team to support you. The electronic platform allows for view the process of your case - upload certain documentation and indicates the team that are managing each part of the process. Jun 23,2023We were recommended Woodwards solicitors in the sale of our late parents property. My sister lives in Wigan and I live in North Yorkshire, my initial thoughts were that I would be disjointed from the process, however I was proved wrong during the sale. The sale was managed by Stewart Limerick who kept my sister and my self updated on a regular basis through emails. I visited the office in Library Street twice, once early in the process to provide documentation of proof of ID and on a second occasion to return signed contracts and other documentation. I found all the staff I met (including Stewart) very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend their services.

At first we were apprehensive because they were not based in the same city as the parents but this posed absolutely no issues throughout the entire process. Nasira Mitha has gone above and beyond at every stage of the process. She is proactive and quick to progress and respond to any queries. Her expertise and knowledge have given my parents confidence in Woodwards to have their best interest as a priority. There has been no need to chase up or instigate action as everything has been progressed so quickly and smoothly. Jun 09,2023Robyn Brand was appointed as my case manager and she has been excellent throughout the sale of my property. Good communications and everything possible done to expedite my sale. The online Hoowla portal is also very good for storing and accessing documents and checking progress. I would recommend Woodward and Robyn in particular.
