I send parcels to my family in Switzerland they always arrive in 4-5 days the cost is very reasonable I always use this service to send I’m very happy with it never had any problems in using it for two years
This is the first time I have use Worldwide Parcel Services and I’m so impressed with the service I received. Everything is very straight forward to understand....fill out the form, print out the label, document and invoice and it’s ready to go. I was also delighted with the cost of sending the parcel, especially compared to Royal Mail who I would normally use. The parcel weight was around 8kg and cost less than £65 to send! I tracked the parcel online and it arrived in Melbourne less than 48 hours after pick up. Really cannot fault anything and I’m a very happy customer who will use this service again.

Avoid this company. Parcel sent from UK to USA. They delivered parcel to wrong building and left outside random door. When their photo shows that outside random door, they try to tell me correctly delivered. Needless to say parcel nowhere to be found.
Great service. The parcels were picked up from home, so much easier. Both parcels were delivered on time (one was delayed but that was due to the borders being closed, nothing to do with the company). I found the service cheaper than Royal Mail and much better. I could track the shipment very easily via my phone and when I got in touch with customer service, they responded very quickly and were very friendly. Will be using their services again.
We were badly let down by another provider whom we are still looking for a refund. Your service picked our parcels up and delivered them promptly despite the festive period and covid Thank you soo much this was family gifts. I would use your service again and advise anyone out there to use it also Thank you.

Excellent door to door service. Customer service was fantastic as I had to to re-packaged and change delivery locations, after Christmas restrictions were enforced. All sorted and to right locations before Christmas Day. Thank You

Great company and great staff to deal with
I am giving 2 stars purely for the fact that the parcel was collected on schedule, and the price was competitive. Parcel arrived at Zurich six days later after export from GB and for the next 10 days the only available tracking provided was “Uncontrollable clearance delay”. Myself and the recipient both thought that was purely because of the ongoing pandemic, but boy were we mistaken. We decided to then contact WPS and find out if there was a problem 10 days after it arrived in Zurich. Initial reply from WPS was that a local number was needed for recipient, which we did again but it was stated clearly in the booking details. A second email was sent to state that the problem was not with the recipient’s number since it was clearly there on the form. The next email then informed us that the parcel was being RETURNED to the UK and that the sender would receive another notification for RETURN CHARGES😳. We sent another email to enquire why it was being returned and never heard anything back. THANK YOU LINDSEY(NOT)!!!! I then immediately emailed the Head of DHL Switzerland, Head of Customer Services DHL Switzerland. I got an immediate reply from CS that there was no invoice with the shipment and they had been unable to get any information from GB. What a surprise!!, knowing full well the sender gave every single attachment sent by WPS including signed and dated invoice to the collection driver, what happened afterwards to the paperwork, nobody will know. (We both double-checked because I only left the UK just the day before the parcel was collected). I understand mistakes can be made especially now with everything going on, but it is how it is dealt with that counts. I know for a fact if we had waited on WPS customer service, the parcel would definitely have been returned to GB. What baffles me is it took me less than an hour to find out what the problem was and email the invoice again to DHL, but the professional organisation that is WPS just ignored me in the end.

Straightforward website, clear instructions, competitive, very reasonable costs, prompt efficient service - with friendly staff easily accessible should there be a hitch. Reliable, helpful, and accommodating - I always use when needing to send special gifts from the UK to Ibiza........even with Christmas chaos 2020 my parcel was delivered within the alloted time. Brilliant!
