Jan 08,2021I've been using this company for years to send and receive parcels between France and England. Never had an issue or problem. Parcels have arrived with goods intact and rapidly. It's been excellent especially or what we pay. I intend to keep using them.

The driver turned up within a hour of me submitting as he was in the area, didnāt complain when I couldnāt get my printer to work, just returned the next day!. I sent my parcel on a Friday to my daughter in Australia and she received it on the Tuesday!. A first class service even in a world wide pandemic!

Jan 07,2021They bent over backwards to get my package shipped from UK to Portugal. There were a few hiccups due to the border shenanigans at the end of December, but they booked it onto DPD air instead. Great service.

Jan 07,2021My parcels are always picked up in the time slot allocated by a very friendly driver and are delivered to Switzerland or Germany in the timeframe promised. This for a price that is usually less than Royal Mail...

Jan 07,2021The website, ease of booking, pricing and drop off were all excellent. Sadly the 2-3 day service used on 17th Dec didn't arrive until the 31st Dec so family didn't get their Christmas presents on time so very Dissapointing. The tracking system was poor and assured me that it would be delivered on 23rd. After complaining customer service has been great.

Jan 07,2021Parcel collected on time. Very friendly and polite. Recipient received a message within a couple of hours of collection stating when delivery would be. Delivered at the stated time and intact despite being posted to Europe. Very happy and would use again

Jan 06,2021Easy to use, super cheap and super fast delivery of a large box of presents to Austria. I only dropped one star because I found the track link didn't work and could not find out how to track to see where the parcel had got to. Ina panic I emailed and got no reply but the package arrive swiftly after. Would use again though now I know it is safe and reliable.

Jan 06,2021Worked exactly as promised - collected on time and delivered within a couple of days to France. And slightly cheaper than Royal Mail. Only downside is that some of the couriers advertise prices without VAT. which is not obvious until you've gone through the whole process of putting in all the information required.
