Jan 06,2021Absolutely fantastic service after failed attempt of trying to send the parcel with DHL for a week, we found Worldwide Parcel Services. We booked the delivery at 11:00am and the parcel was collected at 17:22 the same day and was delivered to Slovakia 5 days later. I would definately recommend and will definately use again in the future. 100% satisfied.

Jan 06,2021I found this service efficient and reliable and staff were helpful when I had a query. It would have been helpful to know what the tax free allowance for a gift to someone in South Africa was, but it is not the fault of the Worldwide Parcel Services that I didn't. Worldwide organised for DHL to courier the parcel and they were very good. Altogether I was very pleased with the service.

Jan 05,2021I have used Worldwide Parcel Services over a number of years and have always found the service to be excellent. This time was no different. My parcel arrived in Slovakia in time for Christmas and I was able to track it’s progress for most of it’s journey. Wouldn’t use any other courier.

Jan 05,2021I received an email demanding £61.70 (£41.70 if paid within 7 days) one month after the delivery had taken place. A mix up with the shipping label meant we used one provided by the courier rather than one emailed by WPS we'd completely missed. Admittedly, this was our fault, but it's an easy mistake to make. I'm afraid we won't use this company again.
