Mar 21,2025My device was stolen February 27, 2025 and it is now March 21, 2025 and I still don’t have a new device. I have gave them everything they have asked for. Jasmine Garrett is my adjuster and every time she asks for something I give it and then it’s something else. I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone. If all the adjusters are like her they should be shut down. There is no reason why I should have to wait a whole month almost to get a new device. Maybe even longer since I’m still waiting. Run the other way. Do not get insurance through Worth Ave.

Using Worth Ave's Web site to buy a new policy, or check and track payments I've made, is super convenient. Given how expensive electronic devices are nowadays, and how easily broken they are, having this kind of insurance makes sense to me. Worth Ave makes it easy to buy insurance, and to make a claim if I need to.

Their premiums are reasonable, and they provide coverage up to $1,599.00 for cracked screens, spills and liquid submersion, accidental damage (drops), theft and vandalism, fire flood and natural disasters, and power surge by lightning. Their policies offer one, two, and three-year coverage, have a $75.00 deductible, and offer monthly and annual payment options.
