Feb 14,2025Don't you just hate that everything you eat, buy or do someone wants you to give them a review. First, a review after the first interaction seems premature, let's see how you actually do the job not how well you sell your service. Next, I make a living directing companies how to improve their processes and I was paid nicely to do that as I saved those companies a lot of money, now you want it for free! I think not. Finally, you ask your customers to help you by writing a review then have the temerity to publish instructions and issue guidelines. Pushy. I have no reason to think that you are not anything but a good provider in this market, I will certainly let you know if you fail me in any way so don't act like a needy child seeking approval and just impress me with doing a good job.

My phone call was never returned. You should give me the ability to update my payment method online since no one answers the phone or returns calls
