Jan 31,2025I have only been a customer for about 1 week. The price for my three items is $25 per month. I have a Galaxy note 20, PlayStation 5, and Microsoft surface covered. I don't like that there is a month waiting period to file claims. They don't provide this info before you purchase a plan which is deceptive. I haven't filed a claim so the quality of service is unknown at this time. I've had to replace the screen on this phone before and it was $500, so the 25 dollar per month fee and $75.00 deductable is reasonable. I have $900 worth of coverage so if it's stolen or destroyed do I get the $900 or just the value of my note20. They don't provide very much info on how to file a claim or how long it takes to get paid in the event you do file a claim. I'll keep the plan for a few months and if I need to file a claim the quality of service will greatly determine weather or not I remain a customer. I generally view insurance as a scam and the only reason I got it was because of the outrageous cost to replace a screen on smart phone.

Then in small print barried under 15 page policy fine print..it's there along with theft criteria that is misleading based on presale rhetoric. It's funny if we lie to them it's jail time and insurance fraud. If they lie to us, it's marketing or our fault for not reading the fine print. My eyes are so bad I can't even see the print much less read it. I have to do everything on my cell phone because I dropped my laptop inside the 30 day waiting period. Cant afford to get another one or to get this fixed cause I spent $1000 on insuring my devices through Worth Ave. Now they tell me all the conditions for a claim. FRAUD. They should be in jail.
