The process of setting up this policy was very easy... And i appreciate that. Its only not a 5 star because they asked for a review now. I need to see how they handle. A claim when/if on is processed before i know if i can give a 5 star or not

I had submitted a claim for my vehicle being broken into and multiple of my personal items were stolen. I’ve provided corroborating evidence to support the unprecedented incident. I provided high resolution photos and I immediately filed a police report with my local sheriff’s office as it’s their jurisdiction to patrol and regulate all county parks in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I provided the invoice for every item and pieces of my property that was stolen including things that were not insured or covered and also even personal items were stolen. After I provided everything that was asked of me and required of me to initiate a successful claims process I was then told to track down the person in which I bought my items from. After I did tedious work on locating the person that I purchased from since it was long ago since I had purchased from him I was able to finally remember the check cashing place where I found his business cards and flyers attached to the advertising board located inside. Where I first took a business card and reached out to them to inquire about all products and the availability of certain products and to place my orders. However I did not find anything pertaining to that company or sellers for that company. So I thought this nightmare was coming to a desist and I would be able to purchase my loses all over once again as soon as the claim is paid out. But unfortunately to no avail. So I then went back and thoroughly searched through my old junk mail and miscellaneous paperwork drawers I happened to find a actual business card for the company despite it being in a horrible condition it still displayed all of the names numbers and other contact information etc…. So after I submitted that I was informed prior to submitting that business card that that was the only thing and the actual last thing that they would need in order to compensate me for my claims. However nevertheless I get a call and a email from my adjuster who informed me that until they can successfully get someone at that company in which I’ve since found out is completely closed down to answer the phone then my claim will be denied and not processed until then. Honestly I really hope no one else would have to endure the deceiving misleading rudeness contract breaching that I’ve experienced with this fraudulent company. I highly recommend NOT TO DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH WORTH AVE INSURANCE GROUP AT ANY ASPECT. You will pay them for your policies and if you do for any reason need to utilize a claim they will take you through multiple multiple hurdles and mazes and will just keep asking you for more documentation then what is required per their own policies terms and conditions. They will keep asking you for things that they know it’s not required in order to file a claim and process and everything else they ask you for will be just word of mouth not in contract writing policies or terms and conditions. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM CONDUCTING BUSINESS TO THIS FRAUDULENT SELF SERVING WE ONLY STRIVE TO PROTECT OUR COMPANY OUR EMPLOYEES AND OUR ASSETS TYPE OF CORRUPTION THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME!!! MAY THE GOOD GOD BLESS US ALL..!!!
