Apr 04,2024I have purchased a NSSI policy for my daughter each school year for the last 4 years. She never had a claim until now (last quarter of her Senior Year). Her bicycle was stolen overnight at Stanford University. It was locked up in a 2nd floor walkway. The customer service has been remarkable. First, a live person from the Worth Ave Group answered the phone, and walked me through the claim process (very easy). My daughter was very organized and had a copy of the receipt from when she purchased her bike last year, and she had the business card of the police officer who took the report, which helped facilitate the process, but I was surprised to get an email this morning, 24 hours after the theft, letting us know our claim was approved and a check would be forthcoming in the mail in about a week! It was upsetting to have the bike stolen, but the simple claim process with the Worth Group helped to reduce the stress tremendously. Thank you!!!

Mar 30,2024I bought this policy with the belief they protected your phone. They don't they just take their money every month and when you have a claim they deny it even though it is covered under the policy. Then refuse to cancel it since your paying for nothing but them to rip you off. Stay far away from this company.

Mar 18,2024I lost my phone filled a claim it is going on 3 weeks ago and im still being made to jump through hoops I get what they asked done and then it's not enough they want more I had a typo when e tering my imei it was 2 numbers in the middle I put a 55 and was supposed to be 33 clearly a typo I filled everything else correctly but in there terms and conditions it says that unintentionally errors will not deny my coverage but my adjuster still is giving me hell. I would like to correct myself. My adjuster has helped me but I have had to turn In a police report 2 times because one report said I lost my phone playing with my kids and loading them up in the car and that wasn't good enough so I had to redo it to say I took my kids to the river and lost my phone playing with them and putting them In the car. I'm just very frustrated at the hoops I'm being made to jump through and how long it is taken for this claim to go through

Mar 08,2024This company will find a way to deny your claim and take about a week to do so. Even if they do accept your claim. They send you a form to get filled out at the Apple Store and send you a check for the replacement cost minus the deductible which will not be much if your phone is over a year old.

Feb 27,2024I had the best experience using the live chat feature and Bailey Claims Support was the absolute all-star that helped me with all my questions. I broke my Baby Moms laptop and she is having me pay for her insurance and the deductible to her claim. I needed to understand how it worked as if I was a New customer being educated on the claim process. Bailey was vital in Explaining things with great professionalism and honesty. Bailey was able to make me feel like I could ask any question without being rushed or pushed to another department(which might have been better for the type of some questions I asked. Best part was the interest I gained for using this service for my own products by the way Bailey gave the simple direct answers to file a claim and how the coverage works. Thank you again for everything and I will be recommending your company to others frequently.

Feb 23,2024Terrible company, a pain to deal with and they don’t pay what things are worth (Pun?). They didn’t give me trade in value for my damaged IPHONE, approximately 600, they found refurbished phones at Walmart for 349 and that’s all they paid. Who refurbished that thing ? I paid approximately $900 for my phone and replaced it with an approximate $1100 IPhone 15 !! All from Apple
