Jul 21,2024Chromebook coverage is a joke. The cost of a Chromebook is fairly low so while insurance is a nice idea, it's too expensive here with this group. There's no savings. With the deductible and cost of repair, you don't save any money until a child breaks the computer at least 2 times and at that point, you're already out about $200 the first time so buying a new one for $300 is the way to go. Letting the school fix it totally hassle free is always my first choice! Customer service's rude at Worth Ave Group and filing a claim was a nightmare. Google reviewers all agree with a total 2 star rating. You should read those reviews for more clarity on this company. Wouldn't you rather give your hard earned money to the IT department at your child's school instead of an insurance company?
