May 27,2024This has to be a typical experience of most insurance companies. When I initially called them and asked them why I should go with them and how long the process takes. If there is a claim I was told it takes as long as it takes for me to get a quote for the repair for my laptop and send it back to them and usually within a couple days I can get reimbursed. Well, I turned in a claim at the end of March and back two days later from my adjuster and then it was about a week after that I heard back after calling and leaving messages and then two weeks after that I was told that a check was sent out in the mail. I waited another two weeks, didn’t receive It And they told me that if they cancel it, they had to put a hold on it and then send out another one. Now we’re at six weeks waiting for my reimbursement when I was told that it could take a week. Then they told me that I had to purchase a FedEx tracking number for them to send it in a tracking envelope. Which I did. But then the check wasn’t Cut for another 10 days. So now we’re nearly 2 months into it for $536 check. I dealt with two people that were incompetent before a Manager finally got on the phone and took care of it that day. Don’t use this insurance company worst experience ever and I’m sure I’m not the only one to have this experience. Customer service is horrible. Their attitudes are horrible when you’re just looking for your money. Stay away don’t don’t go to this company. I would highly highly recommend just going with different insurance company or Apple or whoever you have directly.

May 24,2024The web site was confusing. Clicking on the iphone only took me to the comparison of plans. It turns out it's looking for the number of devices, not intuitive. Also choosing how much to insure for has no guidance. My main purpose was to have the device replaced if lost, or repaired if damaged. It's less than a year old, so I just took a guess. Some guidelines would be helpful, including an estimate of worth.

May 22,2024The company doesn't cover much. I was denied for a battery replacement which is why I purchased the coverage, just purchase AppleCare and save yourself time. Definitely do no not recommend this company.

May 19,2024I was forced to pay for 24 months renewal when the email sent said 12 months, I emailed 2x and no one replied. Fan “freakin” tactic, take my money, screw replying to my email. I have had maybe 8 policies with Worth, this may be the final. Horrible, can’t reply to an email. GREAT customer service; NOT Money in hand, screw customer

We will change the review if I ever file a claim and you do what you said you would do and that would be fixing or replacing my phone. I put the one star because you don't get 5 stars just for taking my money.. I haven't filed a claim yet but we'll see how that goes.

Their logo is connected with progressive. Suspected of deceiving consumers... trust me, I swear with my grandmother graveyard.

ALSO KNOWING YOU DON'T HAVE A PHONE TO BE COVERED THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR THE MONTHLY BILL, AND IF IT IS NOT ALL, YOU CAN NOT CANCEL ON THE SAME PLACE YOU SIGN UP FOR. Full cover it says. If full cover does not cover all, then is not full cover.
