I was told a week after the claim that it's being looked at. Now there telling me my policy has been cancelled for none payment, ya think!! I'm furious!!!

I filed a claim late after operating hours on the 9th, and was already contacted the next day with an outline of what documentation was needed to proceed. Both adjusters I talked to, Jasmine & Kayla, were very courteous and always responded to me within the same day or the next business day if I was emailing close to the end of operating hours, including resolving an issue I had with the quoted settlement amount. Overall I had a great experience dealing with this company, free from the headache I may of had with other insurance company.
