I made a mistake with the delivery date of my order, emailed and Dan replied within hours and sorted everything. The parcel has arrived today, a birthday gift for my grandson. The bonsai tree is beautiful, so healthy and sturdy. All the accessories I ordered with it are carefully packed. Dan updated me on my order. Recommend Yorkshire Bonsai 100%.

I made a bad choice with my selection but Dan was understanding and customer service was second to none in helping resolve my issue. Very happy with state in which bonsai was received. Communication was excellent and I even got a discount voucher to use on my next purchase. I thought the website was well laid out and informative. Highly recommended and I will use again.

Oct 04,2024The Bonsai was well packed with care no damage. The Bonsai was not in the best condition with at least two branches with dieback and the main stem had been cut to a node with a very blunt cutter.

Oct 02,2024I have no problems with Yorkshire Bonsai, the owner sounds very helpful but I do have problems with Royal Mail. I can’t comment on the tree I ordered because I have not received it, despite Royal Mail sending me a message to say that they have the tree at their hub. I’m still waiting 12 days after ordering the tree.
