I was also provided with some knowledge of the species ordered, how to look after etc. The delivery was super speedy too. When i get a bigger house, I will definitely return. Thanks

Having searched the web it seemed that this was a good place; we were amazed at all the help and advice we got from Paul ensuring that the bonsai trees were exactly what our grandson needed. Both bonsai were in great condition and so well packed. Look no further if you want good bonsai as gifts!

Aug 22,2024I emailed these guys from Google as I'd purchased a Ficus Ginseng from a local nursery. It was bursting put the pot it was in. I sent them an image with the dimensions of the tree to ask for advice on the correct size of pot and what substrates to use for repotting. Paul kindly telephoned me to talk though options and followed it up with an email to the correct sized pots and substrates. Very friendly and informative service. And I received everything I needed to successfully repot my tree. Really happy with the service. Would definitely use again when I look to purchase a new tree.

Aug 05,2024The website was very good and informative which allowed me to choose the best tree for a beginner. Ordering was easy and I was able to choose a delivery date to suit me. The tree arrived on the date specified and I was kept informed of delivery times. When it arrived it was well packaged and the tree was secured with cables which kept it in position during transit. It came with instructions of what to do once opened. My husband was delighted with his gift. Would definitely use again.
