Aug 01,2024Bought 2 bonsai last month and what a fantastic service, from communication via email right down to delivery absolutely fantastic company, bonsai's arrived in perfect healthy condition and the packaging was outstanding, in all the years of receiving parcels this has to be the best I've ever had, was so impressed I've just ordered another bonsai. Paul has been fantastic in the help I needed on social media about a question I had very prompt reply and made me at ease, this will be the only place I use for bonsai and any tools and other essential items needed, the mere fact any problems or questions you can simply pop over to Facebook and get help wins for me. Thank you guy's for all your help since my first order

Jun 04,2024I couldn't be happier with my experience with Yorkshire Bonsai. I opened the live chat to enquire about the age of one of the plants and was responded to within 5 minutes by Paul, with each interaction being prompt and friendly. He regrettably told me that the plant I was after had just been sold, but thankfully gave me a decent discount on a more expensive plant option. When it suddenly became apparent that even the more expensive option had also just been claimed by another customer, Paul went above and beyond and offered the largest plant option to me at no extra cost! Not only this but he included a drip tray for free! I've never had exceptional customer service experience like this before. It's clear that my order is truly cared for and they want every individual to be pleased with their purchase. I will definitely be revisiting Yorkshire Bonsai as my go-to bonsai ordering website! And I want to thank you personally, Paul. You have made my day, my brother will be over the moon with this gift, THANK YOU!

Aug 03,2024I have a sad looking Ficus Ginseng (Bob!) that I needed to re-pot & Paul went above & beyond helping me select everything I needed to do that,giving advice on materials & quantities. Paul then even rushed the order to me on 24 hour delivery at his cost, in order to help save Bob the Bonsai. Everything arrived today, superbly packed and Bob's new pot is beautiful, just hope he appreciates our collective effort & pulls himself together! Yorkshire Bonsai...service as it should be! đź‘Źđź‘Ź
