Mar 21,2024Entreprise malhonnête, les articles sont classés dans des catégories mais ce n'est pas déclaré pareil ensuite. L'entreprise ne veut pas s'embêter et déclare n'importe comment ce qui m'a coûté plus de 300 € de douane avec une TVA à 20 % alors que les articles en question ont une TVA à 5,5 % (étant des objets de collection anciens). Des dizaines de messages échangés avec l'entreprise qui n'en a rien à faire au plus haut point. 1500 € d'achats pour une expérience aussi négative, je reprendrai mes anciennes habitudes et je passerai directement par les vendeurs sans un courtier. Avant j'utiliserais Buynippon et c'était mieux.

Mar 15,2024I decided to go with ZenMarket this time around since they accepted cash on delivery (for items you buy, not items being delivered to you). There was only one simple fee of ¥500 per item, that made it very easy to plan out my purchases and add the correct amount to my funds. The parcel itself had enough packing to withstand any harm that could've been done in shipping, it would be shocking if something managed to break. Everything was individually wrapped, even some parts that could've rattled around in a figure box while shipping were wrapped up! I can tell a lot of care went into it. It's fast, easy to use and I don't have to worry about my stuff getting broken! I already have another package lined up with them, they're my new go-to for sure ^.^

Wybrałem pasującą mi zarówno czasowo jak i cenowo opcję, jednak gdy po ponad tygodniu czasu czekania aż spakują paczkę, otrzymałem informację ( wgle tak na marginesie pakują tyle czasu ile chcą ale tobie dadzą 10 min od informacji ,że spakowali na bezpłatną możliwośc wycofania tak więc musisz sobie siedzieć 24/h i odświeżać jak nie chcesz ponieść kosztów wycofania paczki ) ,że jest gotowa i nagle okazało się ,że paczka waży TRZY RAZY więcej + zostanie wysłana innną formą dostawy na ,którą czas oczekiwania jest określony na 2-3 miesiące. Gdy chciałem zmienić formę dostawy nagle okazało się ,że wcześniej przeze mnie wybranej opcji nie ma, są tylko droższe adekwatnie do nowej wagi. Jeśli ktoś chciałby stwierdzić ,że to przez opakowanie to zamówiłem dosłownie plastikową arene dla dziecka ,która wcale nie wymagała opakowania podnoszącego wagę zamówienia AŻ O TYLE! Sam produkt na zdjęciu znajduje się w zaledwie foliowym opakowaniu, wystarczyło pudełko podobnych rozmiarów z ewentualnym uzupełnieniem w środku co nadal nie zwiększyłoby wagi w tak drastyczny sposób. Zenmarket po prostu oszukuje, starając się na każdym kroku ugryźć od Ciebie jakąkolwiek sumę po drodzę, tak by nawet rozmyślenie się, kosztowało cię pieniądze. Z tej strony bardzo nie pozdrawiam osobę przez ,którą trafiłem na ten sklep ,a mianowicie youtuber Gabriel Hyodo ,który mocno zachwalał sklep i reklamował w co przyznaję niestety dałem się wrobić.

Mar 13,2024The package came beautifully wrapped, I had issues opening it so that tells me it's good. Each item was individually wrapped which made me happy. Due to the wrapping each item came to me in perfect condition. The pricing is better than what other websites offer and they do their best to ship everything together (some websites send things individually which raise the costs quite a bit.) I could not recommend another website as good as Zen market, you will get your money's worth.

Mar 23,2024Antes era una buena empresa pero ahora me aboné 5773 yenes saldo que nunca mientras que esperando la reach que es la que maneja los pagos vía Paypal si van a contratar un tercero para el cobro al menos que sea confiable definitivamente me cambiaré de importadora una vez termine todo esto
