Nie polecam, bo w razie problemu człowiek zostawiony jest sam sobie bez szans na odzyskanie pieniędzy i zostaje mu złom zamiast obiecanych komputerów.

Feb 18,2025Meine Erfahrung mit ZenMarket: Als ich ZenMarket zum ersten Mal ausprobiert habe, war ich anfangs skeptisch, aber diese Bedenken wurden schnell ausgeräumt. Nach mehreren Monaten der Nutzung kann ich sagen, dass ZenMarket ein sehr seriöser Proxy-Service ist. Alle Pakete, die ich bisher bestellt habe, sind zuverlässig angekommen. Natürlich ist es normal, dass bei internationalen Einkäufen Gebühren anfallen. Es ist unrealistisch zu erwarten, dass man ohne zusätzliche Kosten einkaufen kann. In Deutschland müssen Steuern gezahlt werden – das ist einfach Teil des Prozesses. Übrigens, selbst wenn man direkt in Japan einkaufen würde, gibt es eine Freigrenze von 430 Euro; alles, was darüber hinausgeht, wird ähnlich wie bei ZenMarket behandelt. Ich habe auf ZenMarket schon einige gute Schnäppchen gemacht. Zum Beispiel habe ich Beyblade-Artikel gekauft, die dort günstiger waren als auf Plattformen wie AliExpress oder eBay. Mit etwas Glück kann man wirklich tolle Angebote finden. Aber auch hier gilt: Gebühren sind unvermeidlich. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist, dass ZenMarket sehr transparent ist. Sie senden mir Fotos, sobald meine Artikel im Lager angekommen sind, was ich als sehr vertrauenswürdig empfinde. Wo findet man schon so einen Service? Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn man direkt im System sehen könnte, wie hoch die Versandgebühren und die zu zahlenden Steuern im Voraus sind. Aber insgesamt bin ich mit dem Service sehr zufrieden. Es ist schon fast amüsant, wie viele sich über die anfallenden Gebühren beschweren. Natürlich muss man in Deutschland die Steuern zahlen – das sollte jedem bewusst sein. Ich habe bisher keine Probleme mit ZenMarket gehabt und kann den Service nur empfehlen. Alles in allem eine tolle Erfahrung!

Feb 18,2025Ho comprato carte Pokémon per piu di 3000€, ma quando il pacco è arrivato, ho trovato le scatole piene di robaccia, solo carte comuni senza nessun valore, e le bustine erano giá aperte!! Il servizio clienti di ZenMarket fa schifo, non hanno voluto rimborsarmi ne contattare il venditore per risolvere il problema. Ma che cavolo di servizio è questo?!? Alla fine ho dovuto aprire una disputa su PayPal per riprendermi i miei soldi. STATE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTO SITO!!! È una truffa bella e buona!!!

Feb 17,2025Mi calificación va porque es muy fácil caer en anuncios engañosos dentro de los market place como mercari y rakuma, aun con descripciones y fotos, hasta ahí la responsabilidad es del vendedor, eso se entiende perfecto, el problema es que cuando suceden estas situaciones (que es algo común) el servicio a cliente de Zen Market es muy malo, no te apoyan y se deslindan totalmente, cuando en otras páginas como Amazon o Mercado libre siempre puedes hacer mediaciones y regresar artículos de publicaciones engañosas. La mayoría de sus empleados son extranjeros por lo que su servicio dista mucho de lo que esperarías de un servicio japonés que es 100% enfocado a satisfacción del cliente. Sin duda hay mejores opciones como Buyee.

Feb 15,2025Llevo 8 paquetes con ellos en estos 2 meses y perfecto 👌 envio rápido y protegido. Comparando precios de envíos si se hace por avía small con valor de menos de 150€ y menos de 2kg ideal precio super bien y solo pagas Iva. Por ahora la aduana no me ha parado ninguno osea fenomenal. Gran variedad de productos. Super recomendado por ahora ningún problema con ellos. El servicio de atención al cliente también muy bien y eficaz. La única pega es que no puedas hablar directo tu con los vendedores de rakuma o mercari que es donde más compro. Hay promos que ayudan con los precios aunque para mi punto de vista tendrían que tener algo más de promos no sólo para nuevos clientes, pero aún así super contenta con esta web desde que la descubrí.

Feb 09,2025I've been using Zenmarket for almost 10yrs now. There's been lots of changes to the service over the years, and I feel right now the proxy service is at its best. With tons of free benefits, including things like coupons for stores, shipping deals and rewards to collect credits. This proxy service in my opinion is one of the best. I've worked with other services who talk about customer support and superior services and they've mostly been complicated, inconsistent and expensive for things like service fees and parcel consolidation. Though Zenmarket does provide these services as well, I confidently feel as though their prices are far from the normal margins and provide the best options for the best price. A lot of people are cautious yet curious with proxy shopping, especially with the increase in global consumerism. It's important to understand the "ins and outs" of proxy shopping so you can choose a service that best fits your needs. This was something I greatly appreciated about the ZenGroup parent company. They understood the importance of making sure this information was right there, and it's truly set up a service that's point blank with zero surprises, easy to understand and leaves you feeling confident about your purchases. There are times where Zenmarket is unable to work with other sellers. This is not the fault of the company, but more about making sure you understand this item or seller is not an option. Meaning, they've worked with this seller before, and they refuse to work with a proxy service. Look at this as an advanced notice from Zenmarket, letting you know this isn't a good idea. Which I really appreciate. That little protection and information continues to boast the confidence I have in this proxy service. If you're looking for ways to connect to products on platforms such as Mercari, Rakuten, Yahoo! and more, this is your proxy service. If you want to have your funds separate from your primary accounts. Zenmarket has you covered with an online credit system you can add too, making it even easier to purchase through their platform. As of right now, I don't see any other proxy service that meets with Zenmarket and their standards.

Feb 21,2025BEST overseas ordering experience I have ever had. I will use ZenMarket any time I shop for goods from Japan. Every step was handled meticulously by ZenMarket. All items in my parcel were thoroughly checked for missing pieces as they arrived at their facility. I chose standard shipping, and it arrived to my mail box in less than two weeks. The biggest delay of the two weeks was actually the customs charges. I will have to check my junk email more regularly when I am ordering. My parcel was packed with care and had no damages at all. (No, I am not a bot or an ad; I am just excited for a 'shipping win', for a change)
