May 02,2024Zen market ran a campaign for a discount on shipping around the end of 2023, I ordered all my items well before the end of the campaign limit, but they wouldn’t honor it even though they received all the items by the deadline because they took several days longer than normal to package it together (obviously something completely within their control). Really terrible customer service experience with them. Otherwise I’m sure their service is fine, but never trust their campaigns, they are a scam to get you to use their service and give them more money than you otherwise would.

The only criticism I have is there seems to be a lot of items that they consider ‘forbidden’. I really wish they offered a service that would accommodate more items. May 01,2024I've been using ZenMarket on and off for years for anime and japanese collectibles. Recently, I've been using them almost weekly, and they are my go to for all of my collectibles now. They work with you when you have questions, or something changes regarding an order. They've saved my tushy a couple of times, because I picked shipping choices that would more than likely be stuck in customs, and they helped me with alternative options. I truly cannot recommend them enough, price wise too they are one of the best out there in my opinion.

May 01,2024Service fee and shipping weren't too expensive. Transparent fees and process compared to other proxies. Customer service was good. Very user-friendly website except for one thing. They absolutely need a "search all websites" function (the main ones at least rakuma etc), it's painful to constantly search multiple websites to look for the same product. FJ search function is better in that aspect
