Jan 28,2024I have always been iffy with using proxy services but I gave it a shot after I saw their services on one of the conventions I went to. I've ordered from Zenmarket twice already (just ordered a bunch of stuff for a third package too!) and all I can say is good things! Customer Service responds pretty fast and I love how I am updated every step of the way when I purchase something. Def a proxy service I'll continue using in the future!

Jan 26,2024Every package is always great! Zenmarket never fails to pack everything nicely and safely. Lately they've gotten quicker at purchasing items, especially for mercari. I'd be wary on any timed items still though - especially since there's extra steps in paying / confirming / finally buying. They're easy to contact and fast to respond. Nice and understanding in communication. I always recommend ZenMarket for people looking for a proxy!

Jan 20,2024He utilizado el servicio de Zenmarket muchas veces, llevo unos 15 paquetes con ellos. Hay que tener en cuenta que se trata de un proxy/intermediario, compra por tí a terceros. Responden rápido a las preguntas. Embalan muy bien. Puedes pagar el IVA porque están acogidos a IOSS. Ahora las cosas no tan buenas: Su sistema de crédito estaba muy bien antes, ahora han reducido drásticamente el crédito que ya habíamos obtenido a base de mandar paquetes lo que ha limitado mi uso del servicio. El aumento de su comisión por artículo tampoco ha ayudado. Ni que no funcione el servicio de preguntas al vendedor. El tiempo que tardan en empaquetar también es alto. Y el seguro de inspección, bueno realmente no inspeccionan los artículos, deberían pero en mi experiencia no lo hacen. Los descuentos son muy escasos y su nuevo sistema de fidelización roza el ridículo. Teniendo en cuenta que Buyee lanza cupones muy jugosos del 20%, un 5% de Cashback que solo se aplica una vez se ha mandado el paquete me parece un sistema que no te impulsa a elegir su servicio. Dijeron que iban a mejorar el sistema de búsqueda, pero sigue dejando mucho que desear, el scroll se termina rompiendo y no carga cuando sigue habiendo más páginas en Mercari. También es muy incómoda en el móvil al ser una lista de un único artículo. Se hace bastante farragosa. El traductor de las descripciones es horrendo. Es mejor el de Google. UN PUNTO POSITIVO es que han puesto el título del artículo en japonés lo que facilita las búsquedas. Decir que este mes solo he comprado un artículo usando Zenmarket, mientras que con Buyee llevo 6 y en breve serán más por los descuentos de enero. Entiendo que no podéis hacer competencia a TENSO, pero antes me costaba decidirme por vosotros o ellos, ahora me lo habéis puesto demasiado fácil para elegir otro intermediario, y cuando me quitéis todo el crédito (que será en breve porque solo me dejasteis 5000¥) no tendré ningun incentivo para usar Zenmarket. Echadle un ojo a vuestra nueva política de fidelización y el crédito porque vuestras nuevas políticas nos están desfidelizando.

Jan 16,2024I have been using Zenmarket since mid 2021, and have shipped more than 60 parcels with them as of this review. I have never had any issues with this service. Zenmarket customer service have always gone above and beyond, answering queries, forwarding messages to the seller, and even negotiating a partial refund when a piece of the item was missing due to sellers' error. Perhaps you will pay a little bit in fees, however, I find that the incredible service is worth every cent. I could NOT say the same about a certain rival 'buyee', not only are their fees higher, but the service is bad. Damaged parcels, lost parcels, buying the wrong item and refusing to negotiate with the seller, or to refund. I used them for 5 years because I didn't know anyone else. If you are considering trying a new service or transitioning away from Buyee, I highly recommend giving ZenMarket a go.

Jan 10,2024Solicité un artículo en preventa enviándoles el enlace. Me confirman que pueden adquirirlo y me envían presupuesto. Transfiero de mi tarjeta de credito a mi cuenta de Zenmarket (porque ellos usan su propia divisa) la cantidad que me indican y lo pago. Al rato me dicen que no pueden adquirir el artículo porque el vendedor limita a una única cantidad por comprador y que si quiero devolver mi dinero a mi cuenta del banco les tengo que pagar comisión. No se entonces para que comprobaron disponibilidad antes de pedirme presupuesto. ¿A alguien le parece normal esto? Con Buyee jamás he tenido un problema así, si pasa algo anulan el cargo en la tarjeta y te lo devuelven integro, esto es una estafa en toda regla, no useis nunca Zenmarket. Se van a llevar 500 yens por lo menos sin haberme dado ningún servicio, he reclamado ya a VISA porque me parece una tomadura de pelo.

Jan 09,2024Anfang dieses Jahres habe ich mir über Zenmarket ein Pokemon Display vorbestellt. Nach dem das Paket seit über einen Jahr immer noch nicht geliefert wurde bittete ich um eine rückerstattung meines Geldes. Leider weigert sich Zenmarket mir mein Geld zurück zu überweisen.

Jan 06,2024With the rise in service fee I expected a fast service as stated on the website, but it's still the same, it takes around 18-24 hours to order items, other proxy shipper do it in 15-20 minutes an hour max. I place my orders within your working hours. Which is 9am-6pm JST. I have currently just ordered something that was on sale, and the sale has finished with the items still pending to be bought and I don't know what happens next. Charging people almost double than what other proxy shipper charge and still offering the same slow times just feels like an excuse to increase your fees to make more money. Update: I have now spent 3 days for them to try and order some items for me, 1st they missed the sale, 2nd they cancelled my order for no reason, 3rd they quoted me wrong shipping and if I order them again they will miss the sale price again and I will have to re-order them again. I am done with you messing me around for a simple order. The whole point of your company is to buy items for people and you can’t even to it. I will never be using they service again.

Jan 04,2024I ordered a PS Vita from a Yahoo Auction through their website and the overall process was very streamlined, easy to understand and fast. Keep in mind when ordering electronic devices, that they may contain lithium ion batteries. Only specific couriers can ship them to specific countries, so you should check the "Forbidden Items" page on Zenmarket's website. Personally, I put in a request with my package that it was a game console that contained a lithium ion battery. Also, since I live in the wonderful country of Australia, I was hit with the 10% GST tax of my item's value, which is in no way Zenmarket's fault, but for all of you Aussies, keep that in mind, haha. Furthermore, I chose Airmail as my method of shipping, with its estimated shipping being ~2 weeks and I got the package in about 1 and half weeks. Absolutely wonderful experience

Dec 30,2023Wonderful packaging:) What I really like about ZenMarket is its option of free consolidation and the repackaging of items so that all items are all secured and neatly packed into one single package. Some other proxies also offer the option for consolidation but they will keep the original packaging of different items in Japan, resulting in an unnecessarily big final package. This is my second time buying items from Japan using ZenMarket, and aside from the stellar packaging, I also want to comment on their buying and customer service. Last time, it took them 1.5 days since my payment to purchase my item from the Japanese site, but this time, my items were purchased immediately. It seems it depends on whether my purchase request is or is not made during their working hours. Customer service in general is responsive and helpful. I highly recommend ZenMarket to anyone interested in purchasing items from domestic Japanese sites.
