A Zenmarket embala tudo muito bem, com muito cuidado! É uma empresa de confiança e segura. Tive dúvidas antes da compra e tive tudo bem esclarecido. O processo demorou um pouco a ser concluído mas acredito que se deva ao volume de encomendas. Um dos artigos veio com defeito mas já mandei mensagem e conto com o bom serviço para me ajudar.

Purchase an electric reel via Zenmarket everything went smooth until item received upon opening found puncher hole in bottom of box and found the frame of the electric reel damaged and broken which is unrepairable. Put claim in thinking since this is a Zenmarket packing issue they would fully pay but NO they wont accept fault and im a $149.00 nzd out of pocket cause they failed to pack item correctly. Found this experience of dealing with Zenmarket to be very dishonest on there behalf hence my bad feedback to warn others.

Great item and extremely happy with the condition. Very impressed with the extra protection to the parcel to avoid damage. Item arrived in fantastic condition and very well packaged.

I was nervous about using a proxy buyer but let me assure you, zen market are excellent at what they do. From adding money to my account right up until my parcel hit the door it has been an absolute breeze and they have notified me every step of the way. Couldn't ask for more really. Highly recommended.

Ne comptez surtout pas sur eux lorsqu'il vous arrive un pépin sur votre livraison. Vous êtes tout bonnement livré à vous même.. ça m'est arrivé 2x sur 4 commandes passée. C'en est fini pour moi, ZenMarket c'est STOP!

Ordering process is very stream lined. Simply add funds to your account (3% transaction fee when using PayPal) and use credits to bid on Yahoo Auctions Japan, Rakuten, ect. Zenmarket has unfortunatly lost components to my orders on two seperate occasions now, and when contacting the team to advise, I have never been compensated or offered any further help. I was told there was nothing they could do, and as a result, I had to wear the loss (over $100 in value - Components were clearly pictured in Auction links & listed in description as included. Never arrived in my package. Never compensated.) Additionally, Zenmarket service fee has gone up slightly & Japan postal fees have also gone up approx $10 extra on all international postage options. Due to the poor customer service & rising fees, I will be looking at using a new proxy service starting in 2024. I've been a user of Zenmarket for 3 years now, truly is a shame they couldn't care less on loosing a customer.

I am beyond happy with my parcel! This is my first time ordering from Zen Market and the whole process was easy. From finding what I wanted (which was the Tabby 26 in black brand new) to paying for it to getting it shipped to me internationally. It was also packaged so well and with a lot of care. I'm already on the hunt for my next item with Zen Market. Thank you so much! I shall shop again soon x

Package was packed safely by Zenmarket staff and delivery was done quickly as well! Will definitely use Zenmarket again to get more Pokemon Center exclusive merch!

Ordered rom ZenMarket before and I expected this time to be the same as last time. However, the money I transferred out of my bank account but wasn't placed on my ZenMarket account. I contacted costumer support since it's been longer than a week without receiving anything. They said they couldn't do anything about the issue and they didn't have any sight on when (or if) the issue would be resolved. I understand that issues can happen from time to time, but the money has been taken and they refuse to take any responsibility for the mistake. Honestly I just want my money back.

AMAZING SERVICE!! Every package I have gotten sent from ZenMarket has come very very well packed and in perfect condition. I don't know how they do it, but their attention to detail when it comes to protecting the items in the box is amazing. I know when I have them ship my package, it is in very good hands!

First of all, I've been a happy Zenmarket customer and used their service five times before. However, they promised that with the raised cost of 500 JPY per item, they'd improve their services, especially their time to package your items. I was disappointed that my last package took one week to prepare. I don't think 500 JPY per item is feasible, especially if you order many smaller items. That cost should have been reconsidered according to the value of the item you are purchasing. Furthermore, if you expect your customer to pay this high price per item, improve your performance so we don't have to wait a week until you prepare the package and charge us extra if we go beyond 60 days while waiting for the box to get ready. Regrettably, I'll be searching for another proxy server, as the price of Zenmarket's service doesn't justify its quality.

The package was very secure, I paid for the extra padding and it was excellent. the product was correct, exactly what I wanted was in the box, and it was sealed. the delivery was accurate, it went right to my door. other services have trouble actually putting the package on my doorstep, but zenmarket has done exactly what I asked. very good service, if this is what I can expect of all my packages, then I will be very happy to continue using it, honestly

- Requested photo of item's condition (500 JPY) - Saw them in bad condition and asked for a return. - Needed to pay additional fees for cancellation (1000 JPY for each item, excluding shipping fees, also excluding additional fees if the seller asks for more) These additional fees to exchange for decent condition items are ridiculous. It can be mitigated by immediately checking the item's condition if requested and returning it if deemed necessary. This system lets sellers get away with sending faulty products and punishes customers for using your service. Things to note for potential buyers: 1. CS took so long to get back to you. Either they're understaffed or don't care that much after they took your money. That's probably why they changed their free storage period from 45 to 60 days. 2. Don't use this service if you want your items guaranteed in pristine or decent condition. And don't bother returning the item because they'll ask for more money at an extortionary rate. 3. Don't use this service if you need your item urgently. It took them a week to pack and ship my previous package. I hope when they increase the service fees, they will improve their quality of service. NOT whatever this is.

La verdad hice mi primera compra y la atención que me brindaron durante los 2 meses fue perfecta, todo llegó en buenas condiciones gracias a qué llegó todo bien empaquetado y protegido, lamentablemente la caja llegó algo dañada y un paquete abierto pero eso fue causa de la paquetería y la aduana, pero todo lo demás fue perfecto, sin duda alguna volveré a usar zenmarket
