Sep 30,2024I rented a car from EPI at Faro Airport through Zest. I got the top up insurance, which was great value compared with previous add on insurance. The service was excellent at EPI and loads less hassle than other rentals I’ve had in the past (largely because I already had the top up insurance so there was no discussion about that when collecting the car). A couple of years ago we booked through Zest but had to cancel the holiday due to illness and the cancellation was easy and the cost refunded without issue. I thoroughly recommend both Zest and EPI if you’re going to Faro Airport.

Sep 27,2024Zest's website is easy to navigate and offers a wide choice of vehicles at competitive prices. Once you have selected your vehicle and receive your prepaid voucher you simply turn up at the airport and can be driving away within minutes. The return of the vehicle was also effortless.

Sep 27,2024Booking was easy and a fair bit cheaper than booking with a car rental firm itself. We took out full cover insurance. There were no issues regarding taking out further insurance with Click rent and there were no issues giving back the car (despite the fact that they had not documented some damage to the rear bumper and side-mirror). Always remember to take before and after pictures though, just in case. We were given a different car and had to pay an upgrade of about 40€ for an automatic, which turned out to be a Volvo which would have cost much more!
