Having had previous negative experiences with some not so reputable car hire companies it was refreshing to have found with Zest a company that does exactly what it says it will do! From the moment of car collection (with Locauto, Pisa) to the return of the vehicle, we found the hire process simple straightforward and friendly, Communication was efficient and we would definitely recommend using Zest to anyone interested in Car rental! Thanks once again team Zest!

Jun 21,2024We found the website easy to use to choose the hire vehicle we wanted. It was also easy to proceed with booking it. Zest kept us up to date with all documentation and what to expect and when. Including offering extra insurance coverage at a good rate. Their 24hr support was excellent and they were a great help when we had difficulty finding the car hire company shuttle when our phones weren't working properly. Zest phoned from the UK and helped us sort this out - great!

Jun 20,2024This is the second time that by booking with Zest Car Rental we have been able use Masterkings whilst in Portugal, a big advantage being that they will deliver the car to and collect from your hotel. Saves the hassle at the airport . As usual the car was delivered on time and met our requirements perfectly.

Exactly the car I booked, picked up in Boston, dropped off in midtown Manhattan, everything smooth and easy at every step. This is the second time of using Zest (Italy last year) and I can’t recommend highly enough.

Jun 13,2024Unsatisfied with how they handle poor rental agencies on their site. I have been in communications for weeks now about a poor rental agency who counted me as a no show even though I phoned mutiple times saying I was on my way. Having to pay more for a better car (I feel like this was a scam and they never had the car I rented in the first palce). They also blamed everything on Zest. I was not after a refund but under punitive measures for the poor rental agency and terrible the way I and Zest (as they kept blaming it on Zest) was treated. They did not care one bit. I also had to chase the feedback constantly. If you look at the reply they still don’t understand the issue I faced or the resolution I wanted :,) (changed to 1 star)

Jun 13,20241. I rented a villa in Mallorca through Oliver’s Travels. 2. They recommended I hire a car through Zest. They failed to tell me that Zest does not hire cars itself, but is a price comparison website. 3. Without my knowledge or permission, Zest gave my hire car order to an unscrupulous operator at Palma called K-10. The car was not clean, had one quarter tank of fuel and damage that was not shown on K-10’s documents. I was also subjected to aggressive hard-sell by K-10 who by the way score 1.6 on Trust Pilot. I cannot recommend Zest - it is unscrupulous in its dealings. I will not but from (through) it again and will not buy from Oliver’s Travels again. Finito.

Jun 12,2024Great communication from home and abroad. I needed to make last minute changes I spoke to Hannah who couldn’t have been more helpful. The car company in Sicily called Fellirent chosen for us was also very efficient. We had a super car and from beginning to end the service was great.

Jun 11,2024No issues at all. Super helpful staff. Pick up and drop off was at the Barcelona airport arrivals carpark which might be mot so easy for some. But even when we couldn't quite find the entrance on our return just called and a guy came to us so all good.
