A friend recommended Zest and I wasn't disappointed. Their customer service was excellent and they put my mind at rest when I called for reassurance. Sep 21,2024I always find the Zest website easy to use when looking to rent a car. There is a good choice available and the additional information is useful to help your decision on what car you need. Once chosen, confirmation of the rental with the relevant company is fairly quick. Zest then provide useful information nearer the time of the car rental to ensure that you have the correct documents etc. Finally, Zest make contact once the car rental period has finished to clarify what should/could happen next. All in all, Zest provide an excellent service.

Sep 21,2024Zest is a car rental agent that is not always the least expensive but is reliable and transparent. Direct price comparison is not always straightforward, as different companies include different facilities in their prices. For example, Zest's prices always include an additional driver free of charge, where most others charge an additional fee for this and the amount varies depending on the supplier. Conditions such as fuel policy and insurance requirements are transparent when booking trough Zest. Moreover, a booking with Zest can always be cancelled and re-booked if a cheaper alternative is available. Most importantly, there is always someone available on the telephone with whom to discuss any questions or difficulties. In my view it is worth sometimes paying a little extra for the peace of mind afforded by dealing with a reputable company.

Sep 20,2024Car hire was problem free. Insurance (including top up insurance) was taken from Zest and was a lot cheaper than the local insurance offered. The excess cover amount potentially set against the credit card was a lot less than the people next to me who did everything through the car hire company. This amount was credited back to the credit card within 3 days of returning the car. All together a pain free experience.

Pick-up and Drop-off with Masterkings at Faro Airport was quick and efficient and we had no issues with extra charges or unblocking of the e300 credit card deposit. Would definitely use Zest again
