First time using Zest for a car rental in the USA (from a Brit). Excellent service from the website, the booking and the rapid response by their folk to my questions and queries, and a competitive price for a SUV to tour around Florida for a fortnight. Their guys at Enterprise at Tampa Airport were first-class too: friendly, highly efficient and with a slick pick up/drop off system. Highly recommend both Zest and Enterprise. I will certainly use them again.

I searched around looking for car hire at Faro airport in Portugal, came across a few horror stories of people being charged and losing their excess after returning to the UK. My research got me to Zest, easy to use and a great choice of deals with different hire companies. Zest do all the work you just need to make your choice. I also took out the extra cover through Zest for peace of mind. You never know what you could be charged for after you’ve returned the car. So from me, I highly recommend them.

I have used Zest to book cars in France and Portugal over a number of years and have found them to be very reliable. The website is easy to use and gives a good range of cars to choose from. I have always added on the extra insurance to ensure there is no hassle at the car rental desk I feel safe in the knowledge that if anything untoward occurred abroad at least I can speak to a company in this country D. Booked a car rental through Zest from Zippy7 in Vienna and it was all super smooth and good value.. No issues at all. All staff were super helpful, car was perfect, return was quick and straightforward. All great.

I was struggling to find reasonable car hire for my trip abroad. However, when contacting Zest, the process became much more straightforward and at reasonable cost. Having booked on line, I had to make a change to my booking, which the staff at Zest handled without any problem within just a few minutes. I recommend Zest highly, and will be using them again in the future.

A good price, with detailed explanation of the slightly different insurance norms in Portugal. Great to have an extra insured driver f.o.c. The Zest partner (in this case Rent-4-Less) was excellent at both pick up and drop off.

It is easy to give 5 stars when your car rental goes flawlessly. However when it does not, having Zest Car Rental Customer support was amazing. They fully supported us through a claims process, following an accident. They totally merit 5 stars.

We booked via Zest just based on the positive online reviews. Our experience turned out to be exactly as the others had. Simple process and very efficient handling on the other side when we arrived at Faro. The collection and return of the car was very smooth and quick. A very helpful and cheerful representative made sure our experience was a happy one.
