Oct 07,2024Zest are brilliant! First time i used them was booking a car prior to going to sicily. They undercut most if not all of competition with a very reasonable insurance bolt on. Communication from the beginning was accurate and exceptionally quick. Can't fault the car or the hire company either. Overall a very cheap but fantastic service, so much so i have used Zest for booking a vehicle in vegas next month.

Oct 07,2024Zest is always reliable for service and reasonable prices, keeping in mind that insurance and an additional driver are included. My rental from Lisbon Airport was with RentAuto, who I've used for years. Their agent meets you at Arrivals and the car is there. This saves the time and hassle getting a shuttle bus to an off-airport location.

Oct 07,2024So far, I have always booked in Faro in the Algarve with Zest. It has always worked wonderfully there. Now I was just in Girona in Spain and booked with Zest there as well. And what can I say, everything is perfect there too. I can only recommend Zest and will only book a rental car with Zest in the future. In the beginning of November, we were again at the Algarve and I have again booked a car by Zest. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Oct 07,2024Have used Zest and Drive 4 Fun for many years and have always been happy with their service. Staff always friendly and helpful and the hire car always clean and ready on time. Love the fact that you pick up and drop off the car in the airport carpark. So convenient.

Oct 07,2024We had an issue with the original booking made through Zest. The Italian car hire company were not helpful and refused to supply a car. We contacted Zest who found us an alternative car hire (cheaper!), whilst arranging the refund of our original hire. They were both understanding helpful and efficient. A 5star experience - no hestiation in recommending Zest.

Oct 07,2024Service was excellent. Got an automatic upgrade as no manuals available. No extra cost. A few bumps on the car but it is nearing end of season. We had a puncture. Had full insurance money re-embursed within 2 weeks of returning home. Will use again.

Oct 07,2024I hired 4 different vehicles through Zest over the past 2 month in UK and Ireland Each time everything was provided as per agreement . Very easy booking process as all details remained on app. Great that full insurance cover can be taken as an option without having to go through a third party or use the overpriced product offered by the car companies. I did not have any accidents so I cannot comment on the process if I did need to claim

The booking system was easy to navigate, and when we had to amend our booking the guy took the time to ring me rather than sending lots of emails. He went above and beyond to help, and basically made everything very easy. I will definitely use Zest for my next car booking as they have the “human touch” and everything went very smoothly.

Oct 06,2024Due to a health issue at the airport I was unable to fly that day. I phoned the out of hours number - the man who answered was kind, calm and helpful. He cancelled the car hire in Portugal and rearranged it for the next day. On collecting the car we had been given a surprise upgrade. All the angst we had was removed and we could enjoy our holiday.

To be fair zest were a last minute choice for our Portuguese holiday rental, but will definitely be using Zest again for our return holiday next year and only a £350 CDW deposit, so we weren't stressing about possibly losing the usual £2000 CWD that's required by the other rental companies
