Nov 14,2024We were blown away by how fast Zoomdoc processed our order. The airline tried to deny us boarding a plane as they wanted a medical certificate for a connecting flight despite their customer support saying otherwise. This gave us around 2.5 hours before the departure gate closed to get the medical certificate. Amazingly after contacting Zoomdoc directly and asking for our order to be expedited we managed to get the certificate in about an hour on a Sunday!

Nov 14,2024Quick response back ....there is one downfall, once you pay, it is difficult to do next step as the email sent doesn't link to your account and you end up in a loop...needs looking at.

Nov 13,2024Very quick service and easy to use. Customer service easy to communicate with. The letter produced was professional, and while I dont know if the letter has influenced anything yet, I'm remaining hopeful. Only criticism is a felt the letter could have had more detail and was quite vague. However I would use this service again. Edit: The GP completed the edit and I'm increasing to 5 stars as the customer service has been great. The letter addressed everything that i felt was missing in the original letter. Happy I reached out and would encourage others to do the same if they have the same issue.

The issue was fixed and I am now looking forward happily to my holiday. It's interesting what you learn about a company when something goes wrong. Well Done ZoomDoc

Nov 12,2024Straightforward ,but could do with a few more guild lines ,for instance my summery care plan was more pages than the 3 spaces that is provided, so had to get some guidance from else where ,and there is no place to save what you have just completed, therefore each time I had to check something ,the page had disappeared

Nov 11,2024Services offered not clear before purchase, advertised as a GP letter but after purchasing was just a sick note up to 7 days, nothing else, false advertising, if you read deeper it’s there in the small print but not obvious before purchase, when looking for something quickly as can’t get an appointment at the GP it takes advantage of people who are ill and suffering from stress and anxiety.

I was sceptical whether a letter from 'Zoomdoc.com' would be acceptable to the Council as everything is was done online. If fact it was a brilliant letter covering all the salient facts and was immediately accepted by the Council. Brilliant service.
