Dec 27,2024Instructions were clear and results despatched very promptly. However, it is not clear that said instructions would be provided after payment together with a link to upload required evidence. That made me feel somewhat unsure the service was genuine.

Dec 27,2024Still waiting to hear from my airline but ZoomDoc provided me with a sickness certificate and filled in my medical declaration form specific to my airline, when I was unable to fly after an operation. Tried my own GP first but they said they'd take 28-56 days and I just couldn't take the risk. I had the letter from ZoomDoc within hours of filling in the information and then had to wait over the weekend for the rest, so all good. Pricey, but no more than anyone else I found and I would use them again.

Dec 27,2024Great experience. Didn’t realise I needed a fit to fly for pregnancy at 21 weeks (BA had changed its policy)! Got put straight through to Neil on the phone on Boxing Day (flight was that evening!), who escalated my case to the on call Drs. Submitted all my Docs and an hour later I had the certificate in my inbox. Really communicative and friendly. Huge relief! Thank you Neil and team!
