Nov 02,2021From years running a warehouse, my back is not what it used to be but I've always baulked at buying what I considered an "expensive" chair for my home office. I like to game a lot always had quite a bit of back pain. A Twitch streamer mate of mine recommended ZQ Racing and I found a low-mid level that was on sale and pulled the trigger. It's an amazing feeling chair, is comfortable, solid and I'm really enjoying using it. So is my back. I'm so glad I didn't get one of those cheap gaming chairs from Amazon/Ebay where the ratings are mostly 5 star or 1 star. The little extra outlay is worth it.

Oct 07,2021Great value for the cost. It was worth finding an alternative to the top chair competitors. It's everything like a Secretlab or a Noblechair but slightly cheaper materials and no mid-rock lock function. Worth it.

Oct 05,2021My kids have had several gaming chairs over time, however these are hands down the best ones. The comfort level is fabulous, especially when they spend so much time in them due to present lockdown. Highly recommend and fast postage!

Dec 11,2021I bought the ZQRacing Saturn Pro Cloth Fabric Gaming Office Chair -Dawn Gray on July 19 this year. Within a week the stitching was coming apart on a section of the seat. I contacted ZQ and after examining the photo's I sent, they said they thought it was due to excess wear. What a joke. Eventually after reconsidering their ridiculous assertion that excess wear could occur after only one week, they decided that rather than fix the problem, they would first send one of their neoprene covers to cover the stitching and hope it stopped it pulling apart more. Well the cover arrived and stunk so badly of neoprene it made made me gag so I aired it out for several weeks which reduced the smell but not enough to make it usable. Oh, and even though its their chair and their cover, it was too small to actually cover the entire seat leaving part of the loose stitching exposed. So I contacted the company once more outlining the problem once again and sending photos of the increasing gap the stitching was making. At this stage they agreed to fix it if I sent the seat part back under their postal conditions at my expense. This was going to cost $100 so I hesitated for a few more days considering my options. Then another problem occured in the form of a loud snapping noise and the chair would no longer tilt back. So I informed the company and they said to send the entire chair back for repair. Sending the entire chair back would have cost $200 so I decided to dismantle the seat part to see what had gone wrong. Imagine my surprise when I discovered the part that had snapped was a 'U' shaped clip that wraps around the steel gripping teeth to hold them in place, and its made out of plastic. This had been taking the strain of the entire chair when leaning back on it. The rest of the chair is made of steel and they make the supporting bracket out of plastic! I then did some research on where I could buy a new bracket and it seems the only place you can buy them is America. They only sell them in packs of 20 and they're really cheap. But alas the postage is horrendous, similar to ZQ Racing's postage costs. So bottom line is I now have a chair with no tilt function with the stitching gradually getting worse. Its not worth paying $200 to send it back to this less than helpful company so I'm trying to get as much use out of it while it lasts. Bottom line, I'd advise anyone considering ordering a chair online to reconsider and try sourcing one locally where you can return it if something goes wrong.
