Awesome chair, have had for many years, just got a replacement part, hope to have it for many more. It's awesome that I was able to get a replacement part for far less than a new chair, now a $600 is revived and won't go in the garbage, simply awesome, would recommend everybody.

Very comfortable chairs, however some of the fabric models tend to rip at the seams under normal use.

I had to wait quite a while just for support to get back to me after waiting nearly 4months for my part to come into aus. I don't mind the wait, as I know to get things in right now is hard but just waiting for the support to get back to me was so off putting. The parcel of said part came in a soft parcel back and had broken through, so it was sticking out in all different way.

great product, I already had one, but had to buy another when this was on special. The chair arrived fast on freight, was given loads of gifts additional to the chair, the first chair was purchased from EB Games yet this time direct from ZQRacing, maybe that is why I only received extras this last time. Comfy chair, looks professional, very sturdy, can't fault

Great looking chairs but if something goes wrong, good luck getting any support. I've been having a problem with my chair since July last year. Not only is the issue not resolved, but they don't seem to respond at all to emails. 1 email reply to my 4 email enquires (most asking for follow up) over the span of months is not inspiring any hope that this will ever be resolved. Shop elsewhere, seriously. The price is good, but quality and service just isn't worth it.

I purchased the Saturn series chair after doing a lot of research on which chair to buy. The chair was way better than expected and I was really surprised to find some really cool bonus gifts in the box that have come in extremely useful. The delivery was super fast, arriving either the day after ordering or the following day. I was super easy to put together. I have found it incredibly comfortable and the fabric covering has been great in the really hot weather. I have previously owned a zqracing chair and it lasted for many years. I looked around at many different brands, but came back the this one. I'm glad I did and I would def buy from here again.

The chair has a catastrophic failure and I am waiting for warranty support to communicate the replacement. Proof of purchase has been provided but email communications only has proven to be an inefficient means of communication. Eventually the issue was resolved after I reported you to the ACCC and it took months to happen. I would never recommend you to anyone.
